Excellent car rental experience at Faro Airport!
We had a fantastic experience renting a car from YOR at Faro Airport. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, efficient and professional.
A special thank you to Joao, who helped us with the rental. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. It was a pleasure dealing with him!
The car was clean, comfortable and in great condition, and it was perfect for exploring the beautiful Algarve. We have driven along the stunning coastline, visited some lovely places and enjoyed the freedom of having a reliable car throughout our trip.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better car rental experience. Great service, a great car and a great team! We would happily rent from YOR again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car rental at Faro Airport.
Thank you, Joao and YOR, for helping make our Algarve holiday even better!

Excellent experience and professionalism
We had a really good experience with this car rental company. The team was very professional, always available by phone, and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything.
Renting a car in Faro can sometimes be stressful, as there are unfortunately companies that try to charge customers for things they shouldn’t. With this company, we had the complete opposite experience. Everything was transparent and straightforward, both when we collected the car and, especially, when we returned it. There were no attempts to find extra charges or “scam” us, which made the whole experience feel very trustworthy.
The car itself was great and perfectly suited to our trip.
The only negative point was the gentleman, in his 50' probably, who gave us the keys when we arrived. He was particularly grumpy and not very welcoming. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, and perhaps he was simply having a bad one, but when you work in customer service, being welcoming and polite is an important part of the job. People are paying for a service, and they deserve to feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
That said, the rest of the team were genuinely lovely, professional and helpful, so overall this was a very positive experience. I would absolutely rent from this company again and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable car rental in Faro.
Thank you to the team for making the experience so easy and stress-free!

Excellent
Excellent, hassle-free service with a great vehicle and speedy pick-up/drop-off on-site. They operate from a small outbuilding in the airport car park, so a bit of wait outside, but attendants were super helpful and friendly, especially for pick-up where they were brilliant with my toddler. Car was great (Skoda Kamiq) and process was simple, not pushy and all clean. Out of hours drop off went smoothly and we were in the airport within 5mins of dropping off.

Great service from Yes car via Zest platform. Picked up the car from Faro airport at P4 car park which is about 2 minutes walk from departures. 15 minutes to get the car as a couple of people were in front of me, picked up a very clean Seat Ibiza and no problems at all during the weeks rental, returns was very smooth as well. YES Car Hire, Faro Airport
Everyone who's ever been at an airport knows that it can be hectic during peak hours, especially if it's your first time visiting!
But the staff at Faro Airport's YES Car Hire were managing the crowd beautifully and making sure everyone got the help they needed. After a short introduction with Nuno I was given the keys and sent on my way.
The car was clean and in great condition, and served me very well during the two weeks I had it.
When I came back after my stay to return the car, Nuno was again there to welcome me and everything went just as smoothly, then I was sadly on my way home.
But I'll be back for more!
