Ordered 4 In Memorium Christmas ornaments from this company and they arrived in an envelope and were all destroyed..I emailed them many times and never got a response so I took it up through PayPal and they only want to give me 50% refund and I have to pay for shipping to send them back and I refused..haven't heard from them since...DONT BUY FROM HERE

habe 2 Walldorfpuppen gekauft für 67€ - via paypal. Diese sind nicht geliefert worden, melden sich auch auf Mails nicht.
Bin schon in Kontakt mit der Polizei.

Purchased some phone holders for presents...got them but boxes look like someone stomped on them.. Packed in a plastic shipping envelope so, I guess, damage was to be expected. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

Bestellte Ware schon kaputt angekommen! Keine Möglichkeit für Rücksendung, keine Möglichkeit telefonisch oder per Email zu reklamieren! Dann auch noch Zahlungsforderungen mit Mahngebühren, angegebene Telefonnummer nicht existent! Man muss einen Anwalt einschalten, der zum Recht verhilft! Bitte woanders Kauf tätigen! Man hat nur Probleme!

ComfyBear.co.uk seem to be a front for Lakeside Inc, which is a front for cymedia.com, who have a history of doing this.

I placed my order back on September 20th and still have not received my order 😒

Leider musste ich einen Stern geben um etwas schreiben zu können.
Die Firma oder was es auch immer ist, ist das allerletzte. Kundenservice kennen die nicht, mehrere E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet.Habe nach 6 Wochen meine Ware immernoch nicht aber das Geld haben die schon.
Also da nicht kaufen bestellen oder was auch immer. Das riecht nach Betrug.

Do not buy anything from this company, they took my money weeks ago and no product arrived. Emailed them on numerous occasions with no response. I have asked for telephone contact details and no response again. A complete scam.

I placed my order on Nov. 7 they took my money the same day and nothing. I have sent emails asking for my product and nothing. No way to get in touch with them..

I just came across this company in my pre-approved payments in Paypal. I didn't know what it was for so looked up the company and read all these negative reviews. I was quite worried wondering what on earth I had paid for and were they going to continue taking money from me. But when I looked into what it was I had bought, I realised it was a folding travel bag I had ordered. I have received this bag and I am pleased with it. It was exactly as I expected it to be. It was well made and as described in the advert. My only gripe is that it took some time to arrive on a slow boat from China. It was actually around 3 weeks and it was only because of this that I marked it down a star. I'm not sure about what has happened with all these unhappy customers, but I have to say that I am not one of them. Perhaps my experience is unique, but sometimes it is only the bad reviews that get written.

I ordered a mini chainsaw,never received it. I contacted the company via email, they wanted an order number, well I never received an email with an order number. I took screen shots of my PayPal receipt that had the product and their company name, transaction number etc… they have stopped corresponding with me. SCAM COMPANY

Just received 3sisters friendship ornament totally disgusted poor quality size and painting a load of rubbish ,too embarrassed to give them to my sisters ready for the bin . Alan
