tried to get a quote, but only sent question after question, then couldn't do a quote correctly. This took them days to get it wrong. Called them, got abuse from the one who answered the phone. They just lost £ thousands from us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a personalised jumper and t-shirt from Yazzoo Personalised Clothing via their website but only the t-shirt arrived. I was charged for both items.

After reaching out, I received email confirmation from their team promising to send the missing hoodie as a complimentary replacement due to their error. However, they later went back on their word and refused to send it. This is not only unprofessional but dishonest. I have the email proof to back this up.

Very poor service overall – slow responses, broken promises, and zero accountability. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your money or your order. Based on my experience, this company lies and lacks basic customer service ethics. Avoid.

A couple of items were poor quality with thread hanging out, contacted customer services who acknowledged my message but a week later still haven't given me an answer. We have an ongoing demand for clothing so a shame this is the first and last time using them.

Felt compelled to review this company after my personalised hoodie arrived today - fast delivery (few days), excellent standard clothing, fluffy innards - really cosy. Print work great and sizing perfect. Very happy customer and I plan on buying again in a different colour. 10/10.

So easy to order and create a design on the Web site and the communication from design to order and delivery seamless and very professional, the small alteration in the design so it would print and fit were perfect and communication was fantastic will definitely recommend and use again for all sports and school team shirts. Thank you

I ordered a number of polo shirts, the requested logo had to be altered slightly by Yazzoo to make it able to be embroidered, but when the polo's turned up, they were very disappointing, the logo reproduction even against their own 'revised' version of my logo was very poor. Communication is difficult with the company, they reply to emails very slowly and their live chat is often unattended, so you dont get a response. Hopefully this will get resolved
