The app has been downloaded over 95,000 times and allows families to browse verified caregiver profiles, watch video introductions, and communicate securely through in-app messaging before hiring. All caregiver profiles are individually reviewed before publication, and families hire caregivers directly, giving them full transparency over experience, availability, and salary expectations. Yaya has received over 2,000 five-star reviews on Google and is used by tens of thousands of families across the region. Yaya was founded in Dubai by parents Rui Pinto and Marilena Hadgianni to solve a problem they experienced firsthand: in the UAE and Bahrain, most families still find nannies and maids through informal Facebook groups and WhatsApp chats — an unstructured, unreliable process with no verification, no transparency, and no accountability. Yaya was built to digitise and formalise that process.

التطبيق سهل الاستخدام بشكل كبير، وساعدني ألاقي مربية مناسبة بسرعة وبدون أي تعقيد. أكثر شيء عجبني هو وضوح المعلومات في الملفات الشخصية، حيث تقدر تشوف الخبرة والتفاصيل بكل شفافية.
كمان حسّيت إن فيه نظام موثوق لاختيار المربيات، وهذا أعطاني راحة واطمئنان أثناء البحث. التواصل داخل التطبيق كان سهل وسريع، وهذا وفر عليّ وقت وجهد كبير.
بصراحة تجربة مريحة وآمنة، وأنصح أي شخص يبحث عن مربية يستخدم هذا التطبيق
