Yampu Tours Arvostelua

i like your service .. very professional

From the beginning, during my trip and at the end Yampu never left me to question anything. I felt that I had my own personal guide with me at all times but still able to change my trip itinerary at any time.

consistent excellence
We have used Yampu for at least 6 tours in South and Central america and every trip has been well designed, great places, great support and guides and fair price. superior rating

I found Yampu Tours online for our trip to Patagonia in February, 2019. We were able to design the tour to exactly what we wanted to do during our travels. The cost was less than National Geo and other well-respected travel companies. Karolina, our Yampu agent, did a superb job coordinating our schedule. The guides in Buenos Aires and Santiago were excellent. Abe, our guide in Santiago was in the top three best guides we have ever encountered in our many travels throughout the world. Every detail was carried out perfectly. We will definitely contact Yampu Tours for our future adventures.

Prompt and very professional service from beginning to end. They were able to arrange all our special requests like bedding and vegan meals. Would gladly work with them again and refer others.

Happy, positive, super accommodating and I never heard the word NO.
Attention to detail, luxury and budget made my trip perfect.
Thank you to Yampu just doesn’t seem enough.
Guess I will just have to book my next trip as quickly as possible!

My husband and I highly recommend Yampu Tours. Our trips have been flawless in detail and exceeded our expectations. Our guides have been incredible and Yampu representatives in the countries we have visited were extremely helpful. We just completed our third trip with Yampu and thank to our wonderful agent Stephanie we had a fantastic experience in Egypt. Where to next?

Simply amazing! Every detail was thought of in advance. It was perfection thanks to Monica and her team.

Nothing but top notch guides and accommodations made our trip an amazing experience and adventure!

This trip turned out to be sooo much more then I expected. Would definitely go back!

Our experience with Yampu was a clear win for us. We were treated by every guide with the utmost respect, patience and dignity. We often had to depend on our guided for language interpretation, currency information and assistance at borders. Each one was knowledgable of their locale and had an obvious love of their job and culture.

Yampu has organized several group tours I have led to Central and South America. The Yampu staff is thorough, professional, caring and particularly interested in creating tours and programs that meet any special needs and interests of a group.

Magnificent trip. The services provided by Yampu in Peru were superb: knowledgeable and friendly guides; perfect organisation of transportation (car/bus/train/boat/plane), faultless punctuality, and a selection of unforgettable hotels.

I was very pleased for all the arrangements that Yampu tours made for my family of 12. All their choices were excellent and I recommend them highly. I would definitely use them again.

Yampu designed the perfect tour and was there make the arrangements when I wanted to extend mid trip. Actually booked a second tour while still in the middle of my first. Such personal service is rare these days.

After initial communications, Maggie at Yampu developed a custom itinerary for Peru and Bolivia that was well planned and then, during the trip, seamlessly executed. Great local guides and drivers, comfortable accommodations within my price range, and excellent meals when included. I will definitely turn to Yampu again for future South American travel.

Yampu is fabulous. They're attentive, timely and professional. I highly recommend Yampu. Why look elsewhere when you can have it all here?

My wife and I have had an excellent 3 weeks Chilean/Antarctica holiday through Yampu Tours. The great experience started in early Feb this year. We originally tried to book the same holiday through another company but was greatly disappointed when it fell through after the company failed to secure the Antarctica XXI bookings. In step Karolina Guilkapi of Yampu Tours, who managed to secure a cabin on Hebridean Sky for us. This saved our trip as the Antarctica experience was a must for us.

We had originally wanted to stay at the Hotel Las Torres Patagonia but it was full and Karolina booked us into Ecocamp Patagonia. This turned out to be one of the highlights of our tour. The photos we took of Ecocamp were the envy of our friends who have stayed at Hotel Las Torres Patagonia in earlier trips.

A month before we set off, our plans were thrown into disarray due to the closing of airports in Buenos Aires as a result of the G20 meeting. Karolina and her team reconfigure our itinerary and made all the necessary arrangements in order that we could proceed.

Throughout the trip, all the pickup and transfers from airports to and from hotels, tours, etc. were faultless and stress free. We encountered a small hiccup early in our trip when my wife was put on the waitlist for a flight (despite full confirmation and payment). Karolina swung into action immediately and everything turned out fine and we did not encounter any issues subsequently.

Thank you Karolina and Yampu Tours for the wonderful time my wife and I had on our vacation.

The trip was seamless in every respect. The hotels, guides, food and itineraries were tailored to our tastes and we loved every moment. Thank you Yampu team -- we had a fabulous adventure in Colombia.
