Customer Support is perfect
I never received my first order and contacted the customer support, they were very reactive and sent again free of charge. I am very happy with the customer service and the product. Thanks again

Hi Joao,
Thanks for your second order and taking the time to share your feedback with us.
Firstly, we want to express our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delivery of your orders to a UPS pick-up point instead of your home address. We understand the frustration this may have caused, especially since it's the second time.
It's important to note that, unfortunately, we do not have control over the delivery process once the package leaves our hands. We completely empathize with your disappointment. However we feel we did everything to compensate, help and support you in every way possible. Not only did we compensate your shipping cost in your first order, but we also extended the same courtesy in your second order.
We can't help if, for some reason, your local UPS driver opted for a pick-up point close to your home instead of delivering it to your specified address quickly.
We genuinely believe your review would be more appropriately directed towards UPS, as we have actively worked to support you and find suitable resolutions.

Hi Saeed,
Sorry to hear about your disappointment!
We understand that you've mentioned it being "fake," and we want to assure you that the Tongkat Ali you ordered has been lab tested, and its authenticity is verified by a third-party lab.
We acknowledge that the effectiveness of our product can vary from person to person due to differences in individual biology.

Otherwise, thumbs up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're pleased to hear that most things went well.
To avoid mix-ups, you can differentiate between the Ecdysterone and Tongkat Ali capsules by their size. The Ecdysterone capsule is larger than the Tongkat Ali capsule.
