Shachihata is a 3rd generation family-owned company, established over 90 years ago as ink chemists and stamp pad manufacturers. The Xstamper® was born in 1964. Company has AMAZING customer service. Had a misunderstanding on the ordering process and the representative that helped solved the issue and was super attentive and friendly! My go to company for everything stamps.

GREAT SERVICE, PRODUCT & DELIVERY ~!

The fact that Rachael was Available (customer Service) any time that I called. I got to talk to her. AND SHE IS VERY WELL VERSED WITH YOUR PROGRAM & SYSTEM FOR SALES ~!! SHE MADE IT ALL VERY ..... DRAWING TO DO MORE BUSINESS. WHEN I MAY NOT EVEN NEED ANY MORE ~!~! I'll find something else to buy from you, because of her.

Ordered two N49 stamps with unique…

Ordered two N49 stamps with unique logos as gifts. Rachel assisted with final adjustments to the sizing of the stamps. Both finished products were made with excellent details. Everyone is pleased. I'll be happy to work with XStamper & Rachel for my next stamps!
