My pre-booking for a midnight taxi home after a night out in MK was seamless. Made the booking online which was confirmed promptly. Received WhatsApp updates, texts and email reminders. Arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. Friendly, safe and courteous. Will use definitely use again.

One of the only taxi services that uses WhatsApp, a godsend if you’re from overseas as I don’t have a UK number. Was so easy to book, sent me a link to track where the taxi was, picked up and dropped off exactly on time (with good conversation too). Expensive but not more expensive than any other service other than Uber so definitely use it if there aren’t Ubers around.

I used Xpress taxis for an airport run from Luton to Milton Keynes after my holiday. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly. Communitication was very good, reminder of pickup, when we landed we received live location etc.
