These guys (Josh) is a real POS. Deceptive ads and hidden cost are what's to expect from this company. If you have a problem with your order, they'll refund your money without you requesting a refund, also without trying to work out details of your issue with you. Company's as such, doesn't deserve anyone doing business with them. I encourage you to do business elsewhere...

They do really wonderful work. I have been using them now for quite a while and if something on your order is not correct they will fix it no questions ask. This is my go to digitizer!!

Delighted with the results for my patch. I was given a design done by a friend and liked it so much I wanted it created to an embroidered patch. Xpress were great with accommodating a complex patch and them requiring to simplify while still keeping it looking how I wished. Fast and fair quote, great customer service, helpful and patient with any queries I had, as well as fast turnover and delivery.
End results were great I'm really happy with them (I got two the same). My friend that did the original was also delighted when he saw the end result also.
I fully intend on utilising Xpress again for future patches that I'm already in the process of designing.
Highly recommend to anyone that wishes to have their ideas for patches made real.
