Hi Alison,
I’m truly sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a response from the A&R. We know how frustrating that can be. We do have a robust refund system in place that should trigger automatically if the A&R doesn’t reply, so we’d like to make this right for you.
Could you please email us at hey@xposuremusic.com with your booking details? We’ll look into this immediately and ensure you receive your refund. Sometimes refunds appear as a reversal rather than a credit, so they may not show up as a separate transaction on your statement.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we really appreciate the opportunity to help. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

I paid for a review from Nima Nasseri…
I paid for a review from Nima Nasseri $150 and he never responded. They do not care about artists. Your wasted time waiting on a response that will never come means nothing to them. Nobody is interested in signing anyone on that website. It’s just a way to make money off artists. They actually tell you not to ask to be signed. What do they think artists are paying for when they talk to A&R? Obviously an opportunity to get signed. The entire site is a money grab and a joke. Do not waste your time or money!

Dear Bryan,
First and foremost, I want to express our sincerest apologies for the experience you've had with our service, particularly with Nima Nasseri. We understand how disheartening it must feel to not receive the response you were eagerly anticipating, especially after making a financial investment in your artistic career.
At Xposure, we take the concerns of artists very seriously and acknowledge the immense trust you place in us when seeking opportunities to showcase your talent. We aim to foster a supportive environment that bridges the gap between artists and the industry's leading record executives.
Regarding the issue of not receiving a reply, our refund policy is designed to protect our artists in such instances, ensuring that if there's no response within 7 days, a full refund is processed. Based on our records, we have confirmed that your refund has been issued, and we hope this resolves any immediate financial concerns.
We also want to address your feedback about the expectation of being signed. While we strive to provide a platform for artists to be heard by influential A&R executives, the nature of the music industry means that not all interactions will lead to signing opportunities. However, every engagement offers valuable exposure and feedback that can be pivotal in an artist's development and future opportunities.
Your critique is a crucial reminder for us to continually evaluate and improve our communication and the clarity of our platform's purpose. We are here to support artists in gaining visibility and to provide a conduit to industry professionals, but we also understand the importance of managing expectations regarding the outcomes of these connections.
Bryan, we genuinely appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us to improve and ensure we better serve our community of artists. We hope that, despite this setback, you will consider giving us another opportunity to support your music career.
If there's anything more we can do to assist you or address any further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out directly. We're here for you and committed to making things right.
Warm regards,
Gregory

The connection was a challenge at first…
The music pro’s connection was a challenge at first, I don’t know if they didn’t have good internet service or what so I had to reschedule and it took several days for that but overall when I did connect with one of the music pros I just felt they aren’t really trying to help you, more less make money and give basic advice and I understand it’s a business.

Hey Earnest, sorry to hear that your internet connection was a challenge at first. The best calls happen when the artist prepares questions before hand so that you can make the best use of the music pros time. I'd be happy to have one of our team members help you prepare some questions if you'd like to book another call with a music pro to make the best out of it and also benefit from a 20% off coupon code: TRUSTPILOT20. Please reach out to hey@xposuremusic.com if you'd like us to help you prepare and also pick a music pro that we think could help you best. Looking forward to supporting your music career further.
Thank you,
Gregory Walfish, Co-Founder, Xposure Music
2 out of 3 were bad...
I went in open minded and eager for feedback. I wasn't expecting a record deal but I was expecting them to discuss MY SONGS. I felt like 2 of the 3 reviews were canned, generic responses. Only one really listened to my song and gave specific suggestions/criticisms based on the work. If the reps want to get paid to do this, they need to DO THE WORK. I felt like I wasted $100 of the $140 I spent. I might use the service again with the one guy who put in the time now that I know the quality of the response he gave, compared to the other two...
Update: Eric Hurt was fabulous. I would recommend him and his feedback. His review was money well spent, and maybe he made the reps from Atlantic and BMG look bad because he was thorough. But it is no longer rare to get your music in front of a rep, if you can pay $40 to do it. I appreciate the follow up and the offer was great but I think I’ve gotten what I can from your service. Thanks!

Dear Chris,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with Xposure Music. We're deeply sorry to hear that you felt some of the feedback you received did not meet your expectations. We aim for all our artist services to be both insightful and constructive.
While we regret to hear of your disappointment, it’s encouraging to know that you found value in one of the reviews you received. We appreciate your kind words about Eric Hurt from EMPIRE, who indeed provides exceptional feedback, often going the extra mile with comprehensive responses. This level of service is what we strive for across all our representatives.
We understand that as an artist, receiving personalized and detailed feedback is critical. While the opportunity to have your music heard by A&R representatives from Atlantic Records and BMG is rare, we acknowledge that you were expecting more in-depth analysis from them. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us to improve our service.
We're continuously working to improve our services and ensure a better experience for all our users. To show our commitment to providing you with high-quality service, we would like to extend a credit for you to reconnect with another A&R rep. Please email us at hey@xposuremusic.com.
We hope that this gesture, coupled with our commitment to quality and improvement, gives you confidence in Xposure Music's dedication to our artists. We're looking forward to serving you better in your future interactions with us.
Best regards,
Gregory Walfish, Co-Founder of Xposure Music

Hi Devin, we have responded to your support request in less than 24 hours (on the weekend) confirming you have been refunded for your call request. We ask for 14 days to schedule a call or 7 days for feedback until you are automatically refunded (in this case we have refunded you in 8 days since you requested it early). Professionals are sometimes busy and it takes longer to schedule requests. Given you have placed a few orders on the platform already, I hope that this coupon for 20% off will help on your next requests.; TRUSTPILOT20 . We take fulfillment of orders and support very seriously at Xposure Music and I hope that we have now resolved this issue! I hope to see a few more requests coming in from you soon.
