Xplore Electric Arvostelua 

Bought a bike in november spent 1200 then the controller broke beginning of feb. We now in to april and still waiting on the part they dont answer the phone. Disgusting service

Made an order over Christmas on their website the day after the website has now closed down or having difficulty tried speaking to someone on what’s app then just greeted by automated reply I did ring and speak to someone and they told me last week I would be made a priority IVE messaged plenty of time about a refund and just get ignored or a reply with their opening hours avoid at all costs still waiting on my refund with absolutely no contact what so ever from explore electrics my order was for a tyre and inner tube they were on sale for £22.99 when I spoke to the person on the phone they told me that there had been a pricing error or something should I still get my item how do I go around getting my refund

Did an inner tube replacement on my talaria rear tyre super professional and fast took about 20 minutes they also came to me and did it on the spot which was convenient would recommend

I just wanted to point out that Ed from Xplore Electric has been extremely helpful and has answered all my questions I had before purchasing the Airwheel Se3S Electric riding suitcase. My kids love it. Would definitely recommend!

I'm having problems with my emotorbike and have had zero help from various companies I have contacted until I found these guys. So helpful and offered various fixes. Really appreciated guys, well done and thank you very much

This review is long, the main points are; I paid Xplore £173.99 in total for full service & they didn't do everything they claim to do on a full service, they had my scooter for 44 days and treated me badly. My scooter was returned dirtier than when they took it & with new scratches.

Xplore Electric (now shortened to X) had my scooter for 44days! The main issue with them is communication & response times, apart from the initial contact or concerning money they have been very slow in replying. I see they're online & reply immediately but their replies have (at times) taken several days. I feel that the way they have treated me is because of how I look and who I am.

On 5/3/25, I contacted them, response time & customer service was excellent, they agreed to collect my scooter, service & return it. My scooter was collected on 5/3/25 & within 2 days they let me know that I had a slow leak & an internal part was damaged. They told me they could fix the tyre but weren’t able to find the part, they offered me a part exchange for my scooter which I declined. I sourced the part myself, & the manufacturer sent the part directly to X after I got the address from X. I advised X that the part will be sent directly to them.

Several days passed & I did not hear from X, I asked if they received the part, & when they eventually replied (24th March), X said they hadn’t received it, but they were “keen to get my scooter out”. I ordered the part AGAIN, I received it within 2 days & contacted X to ask if I could bring the part to them & if there was a secure place to leave it as I would deliver outside of working hours. After a few days, X replied and said yes. Due to my mobility issues, it took me another day before I could deliver the part, I delivered it on 3rd April, confirmed delivery & the next day, X said “thank you we will look into this asap”. On 8th April Xplore had my scooter for over a month. After the initial contact, their replies were very slow, I called them several times on both numbers & the calls were never answered, I also left messages & asked my support network to call on my behalf and their calls were also ignored. I also contacted Xplore in writing and asked when they will be able to finish the work, and they ignored me for several days.

Obviously Xplore have stellar reviews, from their other customers, but our transaction has been disappointing, I don’t want to upset them, as they still have my scooter & I’ve only been prompt and polite when communicating with them, however, they have been VERY slow when replying to me.

On 9/4/25 I received a reply (below) but it didn't make sense, they said they had to travel abroad for 2 days & return to work on Monday, I assumed Monday 14th April, this will be ELEVEN DAYS after I delivered the part & they didn't confirm when I would get my scooter back.

On 15/4/25, X attempted to return my scooter, however, I noticed that the bracket for my headlight was snapped & headlight was dangling precariously. The technician implied that when they received the scooter at their workshop the bracket was already broken, I assured him that it wasn't broken when I gave the scooter to them & if it was broken at the workshop then it must have been done in transit. The technician implied I was lying & said they would check the photos they have. 16/4/25 X advised that they would repair the bracket free of charge, they didn't say what they found in their photos but logic would dictate that if it was broken when they got it, they should have informed me & listed it as part of the service, after all they had my scooter for over 40 days & didn't mention it.

I do not recommend them if you are a customer "like me" as they will likely treat you badly & charge you a lot but not complete the full work & take long to do it.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They offered me tips on how to maintain my scooter for optimal performance.

Good service and help from all staff members. Honest people who are helpful and offer great support. I will be returning for future assistance.

At xplore electrical they collect and return your scooter from you which is good but its faster to get repairs done there that Halfords. At first I was concerned because they have no place of business and they wanted payment before they returned your scooter but I took a gamble and the guys were honest. I was missing a screw on my board and the brakes were not tight when I got it back but the wheels had been replaced front and back. The service was more £40 more expensive than halfords but quicker. Luckily the missing screw wasn't vital and I gave the scooter to a friend once repaired.

Amazing service they will keep u updated on your scooter and do the most to make u happy I would recommend highly i got one scooter done and sent 2 back down to get fixed by xplore electric.

I was waiting this suitcase for a week and it had to come saturday last day because of my family was going to return to turkey and it was for my niece,this gentelman from this company I think his name was Ediz and he recieved it from factory on friday anf sent it to me on with special delivery and ı recieved on saturday before 12 and finally I gave it to my niece and she was so happy,thank you mr ediz

Brought a e.scooter they didn't say that seat wasnt fitted fauls advertised first thing so take it sum where to fit seat but where they HAVE used a air gun on escooter wow its snaped in half so now can fit seat an they want to try say it ent on them water iv got over 3.000 ppl on my social they ent getting way wid this nearly £600 coz saying has seat haha but dont tell u that seat ent on so at ur own dumb ness if use this take money then make out overs fault hell NO im not the 1

I’ll give these guys 5 stars there amazing iv had my 3k bike the X52 since February iv run into a problem this week and they was there to help honestly anyone looking to buy a good bike etc get it from XPlore electric there team over what’s app are grate people very helpful throughout the process of me buying the bike and running in to small problems they are there to help keep up the great work

My son requested a puncture and a full service. It cost £125.00 so he got a reduction to £115.00 as it was his first wage and he said he cannot afford the full price. When he received it back the bolt was missing. We have contacted them. They advised the bolt was not missing when we got it. There was other problem they say they advised my son, but due to messages disappearing I cannot prove or disprove. So I will give 3 stars. As I believe , they could have given a part refund. To be fair they have given the option to send back and repair the other at a cost, the bolt is being sent from abroad. So not happy, it better to deal in person with a company.

Got a replacement controller A for my pro duel just changed the Motor connectors over then just plug and play now it runs like a charm 👍
