I recently purchased the Deluxe Hosting Plan primarily because it advertised a free domain. However, at the time of purchase, there was no clear indication that the free domain offer was only valid with a 3-year plan. This important detail was only revealed after I contacted customer support, who sent me a video explanation. something that should have been made transparent on the product page.

When I requested a refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee so I could instead purchase the Starter Hosting Plan and domain separately, I was told that my request had been forwarded to the billing team.
