The attitude I got from staff when I…

The attitude I got from staff when I made a complaint was actually a joke. I complained due to express delivery taking longer but not being cheaper and the company didn't even notify people that the express tracking is going to take 2-3 days instead of 1. 2-3 days is still quick but I felt a bit robbed when I paid 5 euro for express delivery but standard delivery doesn't take much longer I felt a bit ripped off. So when I complained I expected at least and apology for the inconvenience but I was met with a childish attitude. That alone was enough for me to never order from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We tried to explain you by the email, our shipping policy which is stated on our terms and conditions. If the order placed after 10am its not guaranteed it will be shipped same day, however we do try our best.

You have placed your order on Monday at 4:28pm
We sorry but it's quite late and we didn't get a chance to ship it on the same day, however we have shipped first thing Tuesday morning and your order was delivered today Wednesday.
