Okay they're going to charge me June 18th for a loan that I never received I typed in my account number twice and they still got it wrong so now they're telling me I have to wait four or five days before the loan to cancel so I'm contacting my bank and letting them know this is a very shady company

I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and clarity around the loan amount and payment. I was approved for a loan in the amt of $3500 which I was happy about even though the monthly payments were quite bit higher than id like. I went to log into my acct and wasnt able to. I checked my emails to make sure i was approved which i was except the loan was for $2250 over $1000 less than what i agreed to and my payment was the same amt.
For a bank to offer you one loan amt when in reality they were funding a lot less but still charging the same as the higher loan. This fells very predatory especially in 2026. The int payment was disclosed at 200% which is higher than most credit cards. But i knew this when i agreed to the terms of the loan. Also the min I signed off on it I was asked to already make a payment before ive received anything

The process was easy. I did not receive any annoying phone calls full of unnecessary questions. After submitting my application, the approval was faster than I anticipated. I received a loan through Xact before. They were still available when I needed them. They are truly a lifesaver!

The site was fairly easy to navigate. the approval was extremely fast. When I had trouble completing my application I called member service and Brian walked me through the finish line. He was very patient.

BEWARE!! This is predatory lending at its best. This company is quick to approve you, but if you fall on hard times or if your income changes, they do not negotiate lower payments or a reduced payoff amount! The only reason I gave two stars is because the representatives are always very nice.
