Good Communication.
The website is very user friendly. Never had to speak to anyone there but they make sure that you are kept up to date with everything. Have been using them now for quite a while and would strongly recommend.

Not designed for computer illiterate.
Once I was signed up, last year, wyelands were very efficient, but as I am not verry good, or experienced on computer’s I did something wrong this year,while trying to buy a 3yr bond. I tried to ring but could never get a reply. I sent 5 messages which got automated replies, but never contacted. I ended up having to let the bond go.
