I was really happy to discover this brilliant camera shop. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly and responded promptly to my emails. They gave an honest and respectful valuation of some old cameras & equipment for me and completed the sale transaction really quickly.

Sold some equipment to them.
It was very straight forward transaction and I was payed the same day.

I've had good reason to deal with WYC from their early days and will continue to do as I need to...

A great business with great customer service all done with a bit of good humour for added measure...

Always a pleasure...

Friendly helpful staff, quick processing and postage.

Five Yorkshire stars….

They were very fast answering my question about gear, and went the extra mile aiding with further details and information for the future. In plus, the lense was dispatched and arrived in a very short notice. Very pleased with it

Better that advertised , lense was absolutely mint ,you will be my first stop for any photography kit I may require .

Thanks for the tea , tho a voucher for a pint would be better😂😂,, great service and a sence of humour in these days of corporate blah blah blah ,

Great cameras, great people. Thanks for everything!

Very personal service even for just a £15 part

Product was as described. Was well packaged. Can’t moan.

I’m knocking a star off though as I ordered on a Sunday evening and it wasn’t despatched till the following Thursday.

Very pleased with the friendly professional service and great product, just as described.

WYC is my first choice for buying used camera gear. Recently purchased a Nikon F2. Apart from being a great camera it's condition was, in my opinion, better than described. There is only signs of slight wear given its age. Service was also first class. Ordered the camera Thursday morning it arrived the next day just before lunchtime.

Couldn’t be happier with the service and price l was offered for my camera.Well done.

The team at West Yorkshire Cameras made this "newbie" feel welcome, and didn't make me feel embarrassed at my low levels of SLR film camera knowledge. The camera I bought, a Pentax MX, is in perfect working condition, and they walked me through the use of it. They had an original manual and strap to include too. Great advice on films to use to get started. They made the buying experience as much of a pleasure as this camera is bringing. Been using it for a week now and I'm delighted with it. They rated it "excellent" quality, and it really is!

Kept informed, item as described and well packed with a greeting message and a teabag for a "proper brew"👌

I searched for a while to find a suitable home for my assortment of film camera bodies and lenses. WYC fitted the bill perfectly and were a pleasure to deal with. Their assessments of the equipment were fair and accurate and I was pleased with the prices they offered. On giving my acceptance, they paid the agreed amount straight away.
