West Yorkshire Cameras Arvostelua

Very fast delivery and love the tea-bag!

Excellent shop to deal with. Great staff.

consistent good service and always with a hand written personal touch.

I've now bought from WYC several times. Before I look on E-Bay, I check these guys out and, providing they have what I want, I am never disappointed and quite often surprised by the great prices and the (what I would consider) the underestimating of condition ratings-always better than described IMO. I ordered a lens hood and quick release plate for my Rollei SL66 yesterday and it arrived this morning! Perfect! Also, appreciate the 'little extras', makes a great buying experience even nicer. Thanks Guys!

I chose WYC to sell some equupment for me on the basis of existing good reviews on Trust Pilot and I am happy with the outcome. I was offered a fair price. WYC arranged courier collection free of charge and would similarly have returned the equipment if I had not accepted their offer.
Communication is a little slow, but that is because they are always very busy-in view of the quality of their service, that is not surprising!

Considering that we have never met in person, the sense of humour is such a welcome relief to be able to join in with. The service is excellent, the pricing is fair and the assortment of nerds, gnomes and pixies is so good. I really want to go to Leeds just to meet the staff but unfortunately they are 200 miles away, and I will keep the e-mails! This dwarf of the south will be in touch again, thanks so much.

Very efficient service allied to really good communication.
It was a pleasure dealing with them and I’m happy to recommend them to others

Item as described or better, prompt communication and delivery without problems. Excellent service.

Part exchanged my gear with WYC. The process was quick and painless, the quote was fair, the inspection results not far off what I expected, and the money was paid promptly.

Nice folks to deal with. Many thanks.

Very fast turnaround of order and delivery.

Lens arrived next day and in even better than expected condition. The hand-written note was a very nice touch too.

Superb camera shop, very happy 110% ++++

This was the first time I had bought a camera online. I've always felt it was one of those things you need to see and handle and talk face to face with the seller, before you commit yourself. However, I recently bought a Hasselblad from their store, and they couldn't have been more helpful, letting me look at several different cameras and demonstrating them, with no rush or hustle. So when I made this purchase, I knew they were a reliable and trustworthy business. And they are. Their online communication is very good, and the camera arrived well within their specified time limit, and very securely packaged, and its condition is true to their description. Little personal touches also make you feel they are really interested in and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I have purchased from West Yorkshire Cameras a number of times and have total trust in them and the quality of the items they sell.
Always great customer service, items are well packaged and it is easy to track delivery.
Would highly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff, speedy service and a fair price.
The items as ordered arrived next day. Very pleased, I will use WYC again.

Your enthusiasm is very uplifting , they made me feel that whatever size or cost my order was 💌 it was important to them .
Thank you Emmie and thank you West Yorkshire cameras .
All the very best David Tattersall

Amazing service with fast delivery, the hand written note in the package was a lovely touch as well as the cuppa. Will be shopping again.

Yorkshire! Yorkshire! Yorkshire!

The sale was handled with expert care and attention. Would recommend them if selling film kit. Once the the equiptment had been delivered by the couriers the money was in my account a day later.
I am about to have another collection sent off to them.

Sold me a Pentax 645 with broken battery holder. Refused to replace holder under the 3 month warranty. Flatly refused to regrade item from Excellent+ and reprice accordingly.
If a broken camera is an Exc+ I hate to think what an Avg is.
Now expects me to go through all the hassle of returning the item and waiting for a refund.
What an utter waste of time.
