DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought a Babyliss rotating hot air brush which does not work. It smokes and gets really hot despite having no power. I returned it as a faulty product for a refund and Justmylook sent it back saying it had passed their tests and was working. I tried it again and needless to say it still doesn't work. They are now ignoring my emails. Horrific company, I will never buy from them again.

I ordered some eyeliners and they took my money via PayPal despite the items being out of stock. They don’t tell you this at the time of the order. I only established this myself when I checked my account. I’ve had to wait despite the fact the items should have been despatched the next day. I cancelled the order and they pretended to be sending a note from Luther (an AI agent) saying I only have a 15 minute cancellation period. This is not correct as the Consumer Contract Regulations says the minimum cancellation period is 14 days. Also, they should be adhering to providing certain information upfront, which they do not. I’ve sent them proof of everything, only to be ignored. This is a very amateur company.

All their practices now confirm my suspicions that they are not a genuine retailer who adheres to the UK rules regarding consumer rights.

I contacted PayPal and have requested my refund. They are now investigations the company.

Today they have advised my items are already despatched and I can return them. Why should I pay for the return of items I’ve cancelled in plenty of time and if they ignore my emails? By the way, they don’t take phone calls. 🤷‍♂️

I intend to ring Trading Standards if they insist on trying to take monies, nor refunding as appropriate. I will also make RipOffBritain and BBC Watchdog aware as I’m sure they’d be interested in this company and how they are treating their customers.

Never in my life have I encountered a company like this, the way they treat their customers is appalling. I returned a bottle of perfume which was unopened in in the original packaging and still in the unopened padded bag it arrived in, I placed the unopened package in a box and sent it straight back via Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Signed For, they received my package and signed for it then just never bothered to refund me my £89.99 despite me sending proof numerous times of my proof of postage proof of delivery and proof of signature, there is even a photo of where it was delivered too. I will be contacting Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to see what can be done about this. Their Customer Service is a joke they either just blank you fob you off. The return was authorised by them and now they have both my cash and their goods and I have absolutely nothing

They are selling second hand items advertised as bran new. They are refusing to provide a refund despite their policy saying they give customers up to 14 days.

Do not use this company !
Check both Trust Pilot review options as the one with the low star rating is the honest one.
Ordered 4 times - first three fine and recent order missing approx £35 item which they dispute stating their stock levels show it was sent - something wrong at dispatch !
Perhaps this is how to keep costs down as it seems I am not alone .
I intend to contact trading standards if my final e mail of today does not resolve this and suggest every disappointed customer does the same.

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever known - I returned a £120 hairdryer and round brush to JustmyLook and, there was a delay in Royal Mail delivering it however it did reach them eventually - I only found this out however as I emailed them to ask and turns out the parcel had been received 10 days prior to my email.

They said I had returned an empty box - ( they just asked if I wanted the cardboard posted back to me for some reason - couldn’t tell if they were joking!! When I queried this they then admitted the bruhs had been returned thought would t refund me this until I chased them to 3 weeks later.

The customer service rep I dealt with me literally couldn’t have cared less that I had lost £120 and the fact that because of her lies I am out of pocket - she asked me to send proof of postage and she would raise it with the courier so I thought it was all in hand then when I asked for an update a week later she informed me I would have to raise it and there is nothing they can do - was she event going to tell me this! ( As a result I missed the deadline to raise it with Royal Mail) I constantly had to chase them multiple times to reply to emails - I still haven’t had a reply to my email on 16th September

Re: reply - they have replied on their other account on here saying the same thing that they haven’t had the product back( probably lies) when that was established 3 months ago - my complaint is clearly about the lack of customer service and lies from their customer service rep Alice

FYI: They have another account on here if you search which they push to avoid people seeing all of the negative reviews here. Trustpilot you need to merge them as this is not clear to customers that they are the same site/company.

Never shopping with JustMyLook again. I ordered something (Order ID: 30752361 / JML30752361) and decided it wasn’t for me in the end so asked to return which they approved to which I had to pay for myself as per their policy. It was brand new not used and repackaged in the original packaging and sent back. This was in September and we have managed to get to a new month and still NO REFUND (£269). Tracking shows they received my item but they didn’t even contact me to let me know they’ve received it I had to chase them up with several emails to which they are now not responding. I’ve sent 6 emails in total and resorted to going on their chat function to find out what’s going on and they apologised and said a member of staff would contact me by the end of the day yesterday to process the refund. It’s now the next day and in the afternoon and still nothing! I also emailed them last night and again, my emails are being annoyed. Never had such an experience with a company before and I see why their prices are slightly cheaper as clearly something dodgy is going on here. But ignoring me won’t stop me from getting my money back! I’ve already contacted PayPal and raised a dispute. Such a good thing I got tracking or I know they probably would have claimed that they didn’t receive the parcel!

UPDATE: After ignoring me vial email I went onto their website and spoke to them via their chat system on 30th Sep 2024. They apologised for me not having my refund and said someone would contact me by end of day. It's the 2nd October and after 2 emails I didn't get my refund or anything back from them. I reported it to Paypal and escalated it today and lo and behold... they now remember I exist and have emailed me. Now all of a sudden after initially APPROVING THE RETURN they are claiming a "hygiene seal" is broken and they have sent the item back to me. I did not use the item and packaged it back as I received it so I asked for proof of this in terms of an image. I've received no response and been ignored again. There is another review on here where someone said the SAME EXACT thing and that they also used the "hygiene seal" lie to not refund them which happened recently also. This company is clearly FRAUDULENT and I will get my £269.97 back no matter how much they try and ignore me and get out of the refund they have already approved.

Also Trustpilot you need to do a better job at highlighted negative reviews as I did quickly look before I made a purchase but a lot of the negative reviews are hidden and pushed back to the bottom which is misleading to customers.

Just my look keep sending the same old answer, asking for a reference. They have the reference but its a ploy for my review to be taken off within 3 days. If I do not respond. What company replies to a customer services complaint with a 'x' ?

Still nothing has arrived of the missing two items on Order number JML30527273 which was delivered last Sunday 14th on next day delivery. Two items were missing and still have not received them? where are they? appalling service and have taken my money I will have to contact my credit card company.

For users of Justmylook. I do not recommend using this company after trying to return a product that gave me a severe reaction.
The company replied to my on their other forum on Trustpilot apologising and asking for the order details (which they already have). What they did not show on this forum was their request for written confirmation from my GO or Dermatologist (which I would have to pay for privately). I have informed the company of this and needless to say I have heard nothing further.
DO NOT USE THUS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!!!!
I am going to take this matter further because of the attitude towards customers who put a genuine claim for a refund forward. Watch this space.

This company is FAKE! Selling 'near date' stock and claiming that all stock comes direct from manufacturer. It doesn't! Bought an Elemis product for my wife which she had purchased from legitimate stockists many times. I paid over £100 for this for a birthday present. Definitely not the same product. Checked with Elemis and they are not an authorised stockist (don't even have an account with them). Getting absolutely nowhere with them. No contact number, credit card company not interested so Trading Standards next i think.

Absolutely appalling service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I ordered 2 sets of shampoo and conditioner. I was sent completely random and incorrect items instead. I had to go out of my way to return the items and waited an additional 3 weeks for a replacement. When the ‘replacement’ arrived, only half my order had been fulfilled. I’ve spent another 2 weeks trying to get the customer service operators (who clearly have selective or limited reading capacity) to understand that I’ve only received half the items I paid for. I can only describe the moronic replies as funny at this point.

Sent wrong product.
Paid more money for product that what they sent me.
No phone number to contact them on. They do not reply to messages.
AVOID this company.

Avoid this company. Customer Services is non existent. My orders not received and my emails not answered. I am going to have to open a dispute with PayPal. £130 is too much money to lose.
