All started well until now. More than 6months with a dead battery. You cant travel 10km without having any battery issues. Then having 3month with an expired disc being promised nonsense.

It took almost a month for my bike to arrive. It was almost dark when the shipper arrived. I didn’t try to unpack it until the next morning. When I removed the cardboard box I noticed some shipping damage on the metal package frame . After I removed the frame I found that my front tire was cut and unserviceable. I notified Zoom and they said they would send me a new tire. Three more weeks went by before the tire arrived. I rode it several miles and I really like it but somehow I managed to loose the keys. I called Zoom and they said that they would send me a new ignition switch. That was four weeks ago and I have not got any info on when I will receive it.

I am trying to get a answer for the problem I have. I live in Wisconsin and it gets pretty cold in the winter. I had my scooter stored in the garage and came out one day to hear a rapid clicking sound. It was coming from my scooter. I turned off the blue switch under the seat and the clicking stopped. But now when it is warm again I flipped the blue switch and put the key in and no power. When I plug the charger in everything works and shows full battery and when I unplug it it's dead again. Can someone please give me some advice on what the problem could be. I only have 15 miles on the scooter.

Where do I start? First and foremost, I concur with the reviewer about Zoom being an American Company, and I was so proud to support them to continue. Besides, the Price was Right.
On a more serious note, Mr. Ken and Crew set the 'Standards for Consistent Professional Customer Service' hands down.
As a Disabled[not Unabled American Veteran] I needed an alternate reliable transportation that I could go to VA Appointments, local more errands that's not possible with the Paratransit Share Ride.
These guys have answered all my questions sometimes during times that were most likely non-regular hours.
Full disclosure....I have not ridden my substitute eVehicle yet due to current Midwest Weather.
I hope to follow up about how smooth and stylish this whole experience will be.
Lastly, I am very concerned about battery, charger issues read on this platform. I thought the eScooter came with double Batteries?
Anyway.... thanks Guys for your consistency.

Awesome scooter BUT…
We love our little yellow Zoom. Worked great for almost 1 year then the charger & battery died. Probably my fault, but that’s not the issue. I ordered & paid for a new battery & charger Nov 6, 2022. It’s now Jan 22, 2023 & still no battery or charger. The customer service keeps telling me it’s on the way, even will be here next week (a month ago). That the supplier had backlog due to holidays. But still waiting. I’ve even asked for recommendations of another battery & charger to replace mine, but no luck. Seems there is only one supplier so I am stuck. The scooter is awesome when it works but if you need to replace anything be ready to wait for months…hoping to be able to ride it before the Texas summer heat but as of now it’s a dead scooter in the garage. What a shame.,

Fourth review: I received a text from zoomescooters pointing out that I said something wrong in my Third Review below. (So they're still putting energy into this cancelled order. My advice would be to put in the energy earlier when it could do some good.)
Here's what I was wrong about: I said it took a negative review for them to tell me that my address was a problem. Actually, they told me that my address was a problem after I cancelled the order on September 9. I stand corrected.
I think they're missing the point here, which is that timely customer communication is important. In particular, if they had told me there was going to be a shipping problem around the time I made the order (July 11), I would have had it shipped to another address (like of a friend or relative). Then it wouldn't have actually been a problem.
Third review: The "Second review" got me a refund. If they had put a tenth as much effort into actually providing customer service as opposed to going nuts over a negative review, there wouldn't be negative reviews in the first place.
For example, they say in their reply to my review that I live on a remote island and that's why delivery was taking so long. That was news to me: I never heard that before their reply to my review. I live on an island, but it's hardly remote. If somehow it was a problem for their shipper, why did it take two months and a negative review for them to tell me that?
My impression is that they're learning about Customer Service 101 on the job. While my experience was negative, I wish them the best and hope they eventually graduate from the 101 class and maybe move on to Intermediate or even Advanced Customer Service.
Second review: Posting the review below finally got some action. I got a call from someone saying they would refund my money. So presumably they're not bankrupt and hopefully the refund will show up - will update review if it does.
First review:
This company may be bankrupt. They do not respond to email, chat, or phone. They charged me for a scooter on July 11 and then kept changing the date it was supposed to arrive - it never did. I tried to get a refund and never heard from them again.

Had the Scooter for going on one year. Have talked to , mostly via text, more times than I can remember. Many minor problems, Most of them fixed. Comes with no manual, but there are on line instructions which you should read. Very important to charge batteries correctly. Scooter is fun if you have issues keep after them you well get help. It just takes a while.

Received my scooter and am loving it
Received my scooter and am loving it! As a senior I am extremely careful with my riding and getting to know the area. I found it easy to ride. Very happy with it. Arrived after a long wait but in perfect condition. Couldn't recommend it more highly for anyone looking to ride about for fun. My teen grandkids are loving it too.

Best customer service ever!
I got my scooter about a month ago and LOVE it. As a woman that is a senior, I was a wee bit scared, but now the neighbors call me the yellow flash!. When I needed some paperwork, customer service responded immediately. They have done this everytime I have a question. I would recommend this group 1000 fold! Excellent job, excellent customer service.

Ok, so here is my 100%, honest feedback.
-It took about a month to get the color I wanted. If i would have compromised for another color, i would have had my scooter in about a week. Keep in mind, i live locally about an hour away. Throughout the process, Zoom was responsive and very straight forward and honest. When my scooter arrived I was surprised, it was way nicer than i expected and better then what you see in the pictures. I love this scooter and i have another brand electric scooter and Zoom blows it away. So, overall between the customer service and the scooter itself, I give Zoom an A. Now the main problem. How am i going to come up with the money to buy another one?!!?! I 100% highly recommend Zoom. ***I will update after a couple of weeks of riding this beauty.

Worth the wait
It took almost 8 weeks for my two scooters to arrive but it was well worth the wait. They traveled from one end of the country to the other. In my opinion, Zoom scooters are small electric motorcycles, not at all like electric bicycles. They perform as advertised, plenty fast and very safe. We live in a town well suited for this additional mode of transportation. They are not a replacement for a car which we have not used in 3 days. We are in our 60's and having more fun than ever. Saving on gas, yes and I bet they will be extremely reliable and economical to drive.

ZOOM ELECTRIC SCOOTERS OUT OF CALIFORNIA -NEVER GAVE ME ANYTHING OTHER THAN A HEADACHE. From the day of my order back in JULY 05, 2020. Till MAY 18,2022, I called and I chatted online with Zoom Customer Service on several occasions between 2020 to 2022 about replacing the original batteries on the Trike scooter I purchased in July 2020. I also asked and complained that I wanted to know where I could take this scooter to be checked BY A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC. And, it wasn’t until I posted my first post about my frustration and ordeal with Zoom Electric Scooter Company that I received an email on June 22, 2022 stating, “We can try to arrange mobile mechanic at the MARKET RATE. DID YOU LIKE US TO FIND ONE FOR YOU? MARKET RATE IS ABOUT $70-$90.00 US DOLLARS AN HOUR.
I WAS NEVER TOLD THE MARKET PRICE TILL JUNE 22, 2022
So, I placed an order for the (6) REPLACEMENT BATTERIES from Zoom Electric Scooter on MAY 18, 2022. They COSTED ME $417.95 with tax. I RECEIVED THEM IN JUNE 2022. BATTERIES THAT I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN FOR FREE ACCORDING TO ZOOM ELECTRIC SCOOTER’s FREE 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON POWERTRAIN ($99 VALUE). I questioned the details of their warranty and I if could attached a copy of my original BILL OF SALE I WOULD. INSTEAD, I RECEIVE A THREAT OF LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME to REMOVE MY REVIEW. WHICH BY THE WAY WAS FLAGGED ON TRUSTED PILOT TILL I SUBMITTED ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS PROVING THAT I WAS NOT AND AM NOT LYING.
Yes, I got frustrated and annoyed with Zoom Electric Scooters; but I APOLOGIZED TO ZOOM FOR MY OUTBURST, BUT I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT IF THEY HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE … CUSTOMERS WOULDN’T GET FRUSTRATED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS FOR ASSISTANCE.
After several attempts for assistance from Zoom Electric Scooters with installing these (6) New MIGHTYMAX BATTERIES ALL WITH ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION on how to handle them, but I needed Zoom to help me with the installation and what response did I get?… Email June 4th, 2022 ; Pls show us the wires and how they are connected. June 4th, 2022; We will check if they are installed correctly. Told to take pictures and video. MY concerns before REMOVING THE ORIGINAL LEAD ACID BATTERIES and RECEIVING THE NEW LEAD ACID BATTERIES, I ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, OR CLOTHING. I received an EMAIL on MAY 7th, 2022 advising me that ‘You need to wear ONSULATED GLOVES ALSO. O.K… But, what really pissed me off was on May 7, 2022 I received another email that simply stated and I quote; “IF YOU ARE HANDY THEN IT SHOULD NOT BE DIFFICULT.” IF I AM HANDY…. WHAT GREAT ADVISE….
So, if ZOOM ELECTRIC SCOOTERS want to take LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME FOR TELLING THE TRUTH.
AN AMERICAN CITIZEN OF THESE UNITED STATES LAND OF THE FREE AND FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

Thanks again for your order. Your scooter has been in transit. Since it is a very big item, to cut down costs to offer free shipping, We use consolidated rail transport and trucking in between. With the big shortage of drivers in the country now, the shipping is longer these two months especially with the busy season. We state on our website our website that shipping can sometimes take more time during busy seasons. Most other companies in this industry have a 3-4 month wait now due to supply chain shock. 2019 Zoom Electric Scooter
Purchased in spring 2019 and now going on 4,000 Km's. Still looks and rides like new! So far I've only replaced 3 of the 6 batteries. 1 last year, and 2 this spring. No other issues at all. Speed still hits 40 KPH.
For the price, and features, you still won't find a better electric scooter available for sale in the US.

It took a little longer than promised, about 2 weeks late, but the sales manager Ken responded to my texts and actually personally delivered my scooter to my home He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the scooter and hung around for a half hour while I test drove it. That is top notch customer service! Thanks, Ken!! Now wherever I drive my scooter everyone says the same thing, “I want one!”

Overall I like my Zoom scooter
Overall I like my Zoom scooter, I use it to zip around the side streets and go to the store to save miles on my Chevy Bolt EV. It is fun to ride and I like it. I was supposed to get a free helmet with it, but never received it. So, it is not perfect, but not a bad little ride and uses no gas for getting around the back streets. I have only had to call for information once and that was when I first purchased they were very responsive and helpful.

I am only stated the TRUTH THAT ZOOMSCOOTERS DID NOT GIVE ME NOT ONE FREE BATTERY. I paid $417.95 on May 18, 2023 for Order#1175 to ZOOMSCOOTERS for (6) Replacement Batteries that ZOOMSCOOTERS ordered from Mighty Max Battery, Edison, NJ.
I am only stating the TRUTH THAT I CALLED, EMAILED & CHAT TEXTED WITH ZOOMSCOOTERS on numerous occasions REQUESTING help for a certified mechanic shop I can take this ZOOMSCOOTERS to to have these (6) Batteries Replaced properly. I stated to ZOOMSCOOTERS that if their Customer Service was better customers wouldn’t get so frustrated with them. I purchased the ZOOMSCOOTERS Trike (3 wheels) in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic for a little isolated me time. But, I have since given away.
I have NO PROBLEM removing this posted review from TRUSTPILOT about ZOOMSCOOTERS.
If you want something simple, fun and NO GAS. It’s a pretty fun thing to have.

Enjoying my Zoom scooter!
I've had my Zoom scooter for several months now and I really enjoy it. For the amount of power, range, battery capacity and other specs, this scooter had the most affordable price. The delivery time was a bit longer than usual but it was shorter or comparable to other products I looked at. I remember at that time other products I was looking at were out of stock or would take several months to deliver, because of the pandemic and port/logistics issues. So it was understandable. On average, I get a range of about 50 miles, I usually ride pretty flat streets. It's comfortable with nice shock absorption and it's alot of fun to ride, the torque is instant. I've read that if you need a part or have some issues that need to be fixed, it may take some some time to wait for the parts or you may need to be able to find a mechanic that knows how to fix it, but i haven't had any issues with mine yet. I recommend this electric scooter if you want a good value compared to other similar scooters and can understand that maybe you may have to deal with some hiccups like longer delivery time for parts or something compared to other more expensive scooters.
