My estate agent Josh has been very helpful i would happily use zoom995 again.

Stuart has been absolutely fantastic throughout our sale. Despite a few hurdles along the way, he was endlessly supportive, kept us consistently up to date, and always remained positive. The level of support we received was amazing, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Stuart and the team again in the future.

I dealt with Eden up until my offer was accepted and the was assisted by Kyran throughout the conveyancing process. Let me tell you, Conveyancer's deserve all the bad press they get and Kyran was invaluable as a liason between all the various parts of the chain when the conveyancer severely let us down. The chain was close to collapse with mortgage offers expiring and I don't think anyone was keen to go back for a new offer considering the financial climate! I could not reciommend the more, as a buyer. Kyran was available and quick to respond, even on days off.

Two words for you - Avoid Kyran. The guy is a total idiot and manipulates the entire sale process. He doesn't allow any communication between the buyer and the seller and therefore tries to control the narrative. His behaviour is extremely rude towards various parties involved in transaction. For god's sake, he is an average salesman on 40k a year trying to be the big daddy !! Please avoid this guy at all costs.

Appalling service from a cheap as chips company. They have no idea on how to look after buyers and also lied to me on two occasions. Kyran cannot be trusted. I was close to cancelling just because of the way they were handling the sale. They have a fake persona and overall I found the service was amateur. I do not recommend them at all, better spend a little more and get a quality agent to handle your work.I feel they judge you by how you look. Was made very uncomfortable by them.

Kyran and the rest have the team have been brilliant through out my sale. Kyran has gone above and beyond his role and supported me in my sale process when I hit hurdles on my side. Always there to listen and assist! It’s been a long 18 months! Couldn’t recommend them more - thanks once again really appreciate all you have done! Hayley

These guys got the valuation of my home spot on compared with other online agents who massively undervalued it. Kyran took superb photos of my home and it was on rightmove within hours. My home was under offer within 24 hours! I'm absolutely delighted with their speedy communication and service.

Extremely slow service, lack of communication with no phone contact at all, (apart from during exchange and completion) I had to constantly chase via email for updates, I was told that I could call, but even with emails, they were always really vague with very little details, I wasn’t told that the top of chain (4 properties in chain) was going through probate until well into my own sale, (2nd from bottom of chain). I wouldn’t have probably continued with the purchase, as unfortunately, I was depending on the Stamp Duty discount in order to afford to move, this was due to come to an end a day after I moved, making this stressful and pushing too close to the deadline, what a gamble.

Having said that, I highly recommend Bigmanmovers LTD (also on FB) based in Crawley/Hayward’s Heath, who made the move stress free. They went above and beyond, I will be leaving a very good review for them. Customer service is Bigmanmovers priority! Bal was so kind following my sad bereavement (my mum passed away) the day before my move.

Recently sold our property through Zoom Crawley. Kyran was our agent and helped us right from the beginning and all the way through always keeping us updated and letting us know how things are going. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend 5stars. Thank you to all at Zoom :)

I have been a customer of Zoom995 for the past 7 years. I recently had to find a new tenant for my property. Stuart and Sam managed to find one straight away but unfortunately they didn’t qualify. They very quickly ran around and found another tenant in no time at all. Really pulled the stops out as we had time against us. Fair price but terrible customer service by Kyran. Don't be fooled by first impressions as he fights to win your business, it's all downhill from there with his pushy, ignorant and unprofessional manner. He personally made the whole selling process a stressful and frustrating experience. It's true, you get what you pay for! Avoid Kyran at all costs.
