I’m disgusted and very angry, i spent quite a bit of money on this item and it came much smaller than expected and wouldn’t even fit on my head, as well as it breaking instantly after holding it in my hand, the price for quality is appalling and i need a refund. I would get better ones after buying it on amazon for £5

I bought a small White Gold cross and chain from Zoe Kay, and am really thrilled. It is hard to evaluate jewellery online, but I am really pleased with what I ordered. I have never seen a chain as fine as this, it is just amazing. Both the cross and the chain are exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier.

Well, I was the holiday in Maidstone Kent from Republic of Ireland and just went on the website thinking I was at home blah blah ordered a ring job done and then realised I wasn’t in Ireland but they’ve been really really good and sent it over from England so I’m just waiting on delivery now but I can’t forward them. Absolute joke of a company!
paid £140 for a necklace as a gift for to be sent the wrong necklace, emailed the company countless amounts of times the woman was so rude and suggested that i should just keep this necklace and be happy as its a higher value piece, been over a week since it got delievered still havent heard from the woman ive askef several times for a return label to be sent out and surprise surprise she wont answer

To be honest I love the pendant I have recieved.

I'm just upset it took a lifetime to be delivered when the website clearly states additional 3 working days for engraving, but then takes 11 days? Or there abouts...

Communication terrible, they deafed me off via ebay. Then I had to gee them on with "????" For a response to where my item is via reply to there confirmation email...

I paid an extra £28 (I think??) for a couple of extra inches on quite possibly the most thinnest male chain in this universe. So thin I'm devastated.

I was looking for a particular set of gold Huggies that seem to have been discontinued, I spoke to Zoe Kay as they had a silver one the same.They said they could get a set made for me but it would take some time. I was happy to wait. When I received them I was very happy with them they were perfect and also there communication was good throughout too.

I brought a white gold pendant for my partner and it has developed a crack in it after less than 9 months.
I have emailed and messaged countless times only to get an automated response and nothing more, they were quick enough to take my money but not bothered about customer service after .

Edit I have waited nearly 5 months for a reply to my emails with no response whatsoever so why would they lie and say they have responded. Pathetic customer service

First time buying from Zoe Kay jewellery and quality was brilliant also customer service was excellent definitely will be buying from them again.

I ordered a beautiful sister ring after 2 other attempts with other companies and I was worried I wouldn’t find one in time for a birthday but I then found ZoeKay and found the perfect ring and prayed it would come on time and be what I was looking for. I ordered on the Tuesday and it arrived today and I am over the moon with how it looks so well presented in a beautiful box looks exactly like it did online. It’s a shame I can’t put up a picture and I will definitely be back for more in the near future already looking 👀 for my wife’s next present. Thank you so much ♥️

I have just purchased the most beautiful gold locket & chain from Zoe Kay Jewellery. Before my purchase I emailed a query which was answered immediately. I then made my purchase & throughout the transaction Zoe Kay Jewellery kept in touch and informed me when my item was expected to be delivered. On receiving it today my item was well protected & wrapped with care. I am so happy with my purchase which I am sure will be greatly admired & I am more than happy to thoroughly recommend this jeweller and hopefully to return for another purchase in the future.

I received a personalised name necklace as a Christmas gift. It was lovely and I was really pleased with it however, the chain was exceptionally fine and snapped whilst trying to put it on (I must add that I wasn’t being at all heavy handed). It took over a week of both myself and the person that purchased it to get a response from the company. They won’t offer a refund as they said it’s down to wear and tear. They have agreed to replace the chain but I fear it will happen again very easily. Really disappointed.

ordered Monday and came Tuesday at 11am 😁, great communication via emails, faultless all round, i was a bit sceptical about ordering these rosary beads as all the others i had seen had hollow silver beads but wow these are all solid silver and look absolutely 💯 amazing 👏 😍🙇‍♂️, they are definitely the best ones and the heaviest i have seen by a mile 👍 😀 🙌

I ordered a personalised gold chain on the 16th December for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting on it arriving over 4 weeks later. I emailed and they sent a reply on the 30th December to say I would receive it that week but still nothing. Since last week I've emailed, called and sent messages through the Website but not one reply. I just want to know what's happening - I paid a few hundred pounds for this gift but now think I've been scammed. If they can't fulfil the order then why haven't I been refunded? All people ask for is decent customer service but to just ignore every email or call is atrocious.

Sorry but I am your customer,you stated 2-3days delivery on the item I ordered,took over a week.
Strange it was posted 3days After you said it had already been sent,(tracking tells me exactly when you decided to take it to a post office)
If I didn’t chase you how long would it have been.
Your customer service is non existent,the worst I have encountered for a long time.
Personally I would never order from you again.
My warning to customers be very careful and read all the negative reviews,THEY ARE ALL VERY TRUE.
Just like my experience.
And after reading your reply,as normal not your fault ,no apology for late delivery.
As I said your customer service is useless!
Why bother having a phone number as you never answer it.
