ZetaWatches Arvostelua 

I found a watch I had been trying to find for awhile (ratio diver chronograph) on the zetawatches website. They had the watch at an excellent price and so I placed the order. The watch arrived in less than a week and it was just as pictured on the website. I am very happy with the purchase. They carry a wide assortment of both name brand and micro brand watches on their site in addition to other products they offer. I would not hesitate ordering from them again. I highly recommend checking them out.

After I ordered, I checked the reviews and was sure I was going to lose my money. But a week later I received the watch and it came from singapore. It was exactly what I was expecting and am quite pleased. This is a good site.

Compre un reloj el cual debía llegar en septiembre del 2022 y no ha llegado!! Nadie me responde los correos ni mis reclamos. Es una vergüenza...me han robado

UPDATE: I got feedback from Zeta Watches this morning and I found out that I placed my order with Zetta watch not with Zetawatches.I didn't know that they are different. I will like to apologize Zetawatches for my negative reviews.

Worst Quality i have ever seen. The Customer Service is a joke and the Time they need for almost everything is way too much. 1 Month till the Watch arrives, 2 months ago from today, since then i have written 4 Conntact us formulars on theire website and 3 Emails and nothing happened. Its an absolute Bad Joke.

Grosse arnaque... et comme vous pouvez le voir...... peu importe que vous ayez passé commande et que vous donniez le numéro de commande... si vous laissez une critique.. systématiquement ils vont vous répondre que vous n'avez pas passé commande... un message automatique totalement ridicule. Je commence même à me demander si sweatcoin n'est pas une arnaque car il s'associe systématiquement avec des vendeurs mal honnête !!!!!

J'espère que personne n'a acheté cette montre sans la réduction car ça ne mérite même pas 10 €.... on dirait un jouet chinois que l'on trouve dans les œufs surprise kinder.... Poubelle

Ne jamais acheter sur ce site qui est une grosse arnaque, ça fait un mois que j’attend ma montre. J’ai envoyé 2 messages sans réponses. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

My Experience
when i looked at all the other reviews on this site i was very skeptical about the order i had placed using my sweatcoins. However they did keep my updated through email and it did arrive within about a month (cant complain about thaat too much because i didnt think it was going to arrive at all). Well the watch arrived and although the strap isnt very high quality (obviously plastic) the actul watch looks and feels fine and is in perfect working condition

If I could I wouldn’t give even one star . Do not order from this company it’s a scam . I waited almost a month for my order , once arrived big disappointment! I wouldn’t ever pay this money for such a “cheap” and joke of a watch. I wrote to them straight away to return, never heard back from them till this day 5/06/22 it’s been around 2 months. I know this money it’s gone down the drain!!!!

P.S of course I placed an order , how otherwise I would know the watch it’s an absolute joke !!!! Shame I can’t upload photos of the bank transactions!

Extremely cheap and flimsy quality. Doesn’t show any quality at all. Thin metal and plastic and the pint already peeling off when I took out the packaging (bubble wrap!) no box.

UPDATE - Zeta watches have replied saying I havent placed an order with them. How else have i left a review of your product. It seems they have s tandard response to all negative reviews

I waited more than a month just to get the package ready,i received it on a plastic package definitely not for a 100$ watch,there was scratches, quality is absolutely a disaster,and even tho i got it for free from a coupon i spent 19$ for shipping,i hope they become better in future.

The most poor quality watch ⌚ i have ever seen when I ordered there was already stains and scratches on the watch and yes I also waited like month or longer for the measly and tiny package and no Zeta don't try to copy paste this text again 👉"We always strive to provide the best service and prices to our customers. However, it seems that you have not even placed an order with us and left this negative review which we think is unfair and misleading." bc you do not provide quality at all and everyone knows i did buy that trash watch. And to everyone to still believe Zeta go buy there watches and see it for yourself ( not recommended).

The customer service sucks. They said the person below didn't place an order. I doubt that. I have my order proof anyways.

I have been waiting over a month now and they haven't even shipped it out yet... lol.

First they said they sent it but the carrier didn't scan it. This was after I messaged them not before.

Then they resent it 2 days later.

Waited another 12 days. Still hasn't been shipped and says on Canada Post some sort of issue will update. Typical behaviour to expect and predicted it wouldn't be smooth. That's brutal. I gave 3 stars, but even then? I might not get it for 2 months and who knows their next update.

I bought a watch from the sweatcoin app but I never received any information on it. My order is #8160. Their shipping policy says they will ship the watch within 7-10 days of purchase. It’s been 21 days and it still says they haven’t shipped it.

Very bad quality watches ⌚, nothing like described. Bought the watch and its very poor finish with paint missing not worth the shipping costs. It looks like a cheap copy of an expensive watch.

Customer service never acknowledged my request for refund and didn't even reply.

This was the biggest let down, piece of trash, rinkey dink watch I have ever received. So disappointed, you should be ashamed for selling these. I will be putting you on blast for your terrible products everywhere I can.

Ok I had a bad review at first but I must edit this review. I ordered the watch through the sweatcoin app. After reading a bunch of bad reviews I got worried but their customer support responded to me as to why the order was taking so long to ship out, thank you guys! I’d give less stars for it being later than I expected but they never said it would ship in 2 days and customer support actually address my concern so 5 star!

One of the worst quality i’ve ever seen, it seems The strap is made by tire from the junkyard and my phone is thinner than your watches. And i have ordered a different model. I have spent 10 dollars for the shipment but i think it’s not worth it. Don’t buy these watches. My order was 5854

Extremely poor quality, says steel watch but it’s completely made of plastic and it doesn’t even work… don’t order these watches!!
