First, they charged me VAT which I should not need to pay.
Second, I am still waiting for the product I bought a few months ago. It was pre-order but the problem is all the people I know who bought from other sellers already received it a month ago, and there is still no update from them.
Their service and credibility is an absolute joke.

After a long wait to receive the product, and having to deal with customs fees on top of that, I received a defective item. They acknowledged the problem and refunded me in points on their website instead of a full refund. They never responded to me again. I then tried to get a refund via PayPal, but they wanted me to return the product, even though the damage was much more than just the product itself. Outside of the PayPal chat, they never bothered to reply to me to try and reach a solution. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone because if you have a problem, you'll just lose money.

These are the worst. They never told me they would need extra money to ship out the product I already bought a year earlier. I received no emails informing me of this. There's also a 10% cancelation fee if zenin decides to do the same thing to you they did to me. Its been over a year since I ordered the godzilla wargreymon crossover vpet. If you value your hard earned money then dont trust these guys because they dont value your money

Preordered 2 MonsterHunter/Digimon devices, heft waiting as expected. Finally recieved them and one would not turn on at all. Reached out via email to customer support with an included video of the faultiness and was left on read. Waited MONTHS to hear anything back but still nothing.

Extremely over priced merch and the highest shipping I have ever seen. Literally $28 dollars to ship a 6 oz package. They will bombard you with text and emails if you sign up but as for customer service…they will not respond to emails in my experience. Don’t get taken advantage of digimon fans, we deserve better than this.

Good product but it was a preorder that delayed about a month. Also, when it finally arrived I had to pay 43€ for extra shipping taxes although I has already paid 20€ for shipping and 5€ for shipping insurance. They never tell you about this extra tax. So finally 1 month delayed and 50% more expensive than expected. Never buy again

They refuse to help you if there's any problem with your delivery. It took me 6 months to receive a premium item and I hate to pay for shipping TWICE.

They for months that my order was sent but I only received the courrier notifications when I asked for a refund.

If you're still waiting for a package, be pushy or they'll make you wait forever.

Two orders were made long before any Tariff or shipping issues. A massive delay in sending either of them meant that shipping had to change. Frustrating but it happens. They claimed publicly to let them know if you want different shipping that sends to the US. I have gotten no response for months. Would not recommend.

Some of the worst customer service out there, constantly lying if they actually choose to answer your question in the first place.

Took over a month for my package to get here when I picked the fastest delivery option and kept getting told it would be sent out shortly.

If you wanna buy digimon items, use any other site please!

Buying through ZENINTCG is completely safe. The platform is easy to use. The products they ship are properly packaged. Shipments to my country arrive on average within a month and a half after ZENINTCG notifies me they've shipped. It's guaranteed, and best of all, they have a wide variety of products from many franchises, including Digimon, and their prices aren't high compared to other platforms.

Scammers. I pre-ordered a tamagotchi back in September with them for a feb release and its now the end of march. I actually ended up ordering the product directly from japan and got it sooner for less money.
Zenin refuses to answer any email communications and as soon as I got my bank involved they partial refunded, and are keeping 10% of my money for my preorder even though they never shipped the merchandise, couldn't respond to any of my emails, or fulfill the pre-order they happy took my money from.

Why are we getting punished for pre-orders?? Like whats the point to pre-order if i can get the product a month after release faster (not expedited or anything either) and for a cheaper price than zenin, and have to pay a fee for THEM messing up?

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Then they offered a coupon to everyone for not fulfilling preorders in a timely manner that was more than the amount they are withholding from me. So they can afford to give me my full amount back, just to everyone but me? They are CLEARLY scammers

Found them through reddit and decided to try them out. Reply was fast and detailed, received my order in tip top condition. Will definitely buy from Zenintcg again!

Best experience with digivice 1 and pendulum, it requires a little bit long time to shipping etc. but they're reply really fast for any doubts to give good assistance. A lot of products that I love on their site, especially the Digimon franchise

I've been dealing with ZeninTCG since 2022, they've always been helpful, their service is amazing and their prices are unbeatable. Just recently I had an issue and they were on it immediately and we had my order placed within the hour. This is the best place for Digimon merch if you're from South Africa

They have legitimate products, but their policies are terrible. Long story short, save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

I understand companies may have shipping delays, but a merchant should attempt to make things right for the customer, not put the burden on them. I ordered multiple Digimon virtual pets starting in March of 2025, some set to release August 2025 and some set to release December 2025. I did not receive any of them until February 2026.

Tariffs were imposed during this time meaning anyone who ordered was stuck with an extra charge they had no way of knowing about. They should have offered refunds at this time. They did not.

Shipping was constantly delayed. After waiting for nearly a year and repeatedly asking for them to return my money they flat out refused. They charge a 10% cancellation fee for items THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE IN HAND. I wasn’t going to pay them 10% for doing nothing but receiving my money and sitting with it.

By the way their official policy if they send you a fully defective non-working item is 50% store credit if you send video proof within 48 hours of receiving. Have you heard of this kind of terrible policy anywhere else?

Just don’t shop here. I know they are a smaller business (I guess) and they may not have all the money in the world but you can’t just hold people’s money hostage. Your customers are not rich either.

Legit company but it takes a LONG time to get your order. I pre-ordered 3 tamagotchis in may 2025, I was in the 1st round of preorders meant to ship in August. My shipping period kept getting pushed back multiple times. My order got sent out finally in December and arrived late December/early January. If you look online I am far from the only person to deal with long waiting times.

I only recommend ordering if their prices are cheaper than other places and if you are okay with waiting 3+ months extra for your order to arrive

If i could give zero stars I would, pre-ordered something for my son last year for xmas , release date was suppose to be Nov/Dec 25, lack of communication, still no update, nor delivery , yet they take the money. Very Vague email responses, So only option is to seek full refund via my bank, as the company try charge you a penalty for cancelling, gj we have consumer rights and laws in the UK, which international sellers still need to abide by.. Wont be ordering from them again for sure.
