Zaxby's Arvostelua 

My first time going to that restaurant. The young lady took my order, on drive thru sounded like she did not want to be there. My first time eating at Zaxby's, put a bad taste in my mouth, that's how bad the food was. I will never go back. Every time I think about it, I wasted money at that place. Never again.

The salads were all wrong, didn't check before we left, we were too far to down the highway to turn around, then to top it off the young man taking the orders pants were dropped down to see his crack in his underwear😠 just disgusting, all of it.

I came to Zaxby's for lunch and my order wasn't correct. I didn't notice it until I got back to work. When I called, I got the manager Asia, she said come back after work. Her customer service was 100%, not only was she professional but very friendly. We make mistakes, but how we fix it says alot about your character. Thanks Asia!

I ordered a chicken club sandwich at the Monroe, Ga location for a late lunch on June 4, 2024. The sandwich tasted like it was all fried in the same grease used to fry shrimp. If I wanted fried shrimp, I would have ordered it. I was very disappointed.

Food was hot and very good, however, we parked and went in to the dining room for a relaxing lunch and it took 30 minutes, not exaggerating, to get our meal. The cars outside were given top priority. I have no desire to eat there anytime soon. Plus prices are high. A salad, chicken fingers and kids meal $27.

Ordered fried Cobb Salad and the small amount of chicken on the salad was ridiculous. When I asked the girl at the counter she said it was correct. I reported to the 800 number for customer service, then before we left after we ate a young girl handed me a bag with 2 small tenders. Zaxby’s at this location needs to better train their staff, when tenders are no larger than the pinky finger of a child, maybe use 3 instead of 2 as they stated.

I like the sauce. I think the coleslaw is yuck, but the fries are alright and the toast is alright, but a little floppy. The chicken is good for Chicken Fingers, a little dry by its own but with the sauce or in a sandwich it taste good. I think that the idea of them having a MrBeast box is funny, so zaxbys gets a 4.

fried shrimp .with fries. fried pickles. taste was horrible. full of salt I could not hear the person. while ordering at the drive thru . very low voice

I just ordered the shrimp from Zaxby’s. It is so salty that it is sure to give someone high blood pressure, a stroke or heart attack if they continue to eat it. I paid $10 for 8 small shrimp with fries and a drink. I couldn’t even eat it as it was just too salty. Could not taste the shrimp because the salt overpowered the taste and the shrimp felt like it wasn’t done in my mouth like it was cooked too fast. NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this place a zero I would. My daughter works for this company and they entered the wrong last name and they are refusing to help her to change her name.

Zaxby's just opened in Chiefland, Fl. I'm very impressed with how great all the employees did! They were very friendly,
and I'm sure very tired! Yes, there was a very long carline, but it went pretty fast. Most importantly, the order was correct! Yay!!!

The service is horrible. The drive thru is super slow!! The food is ok but something needs to be done about the customer service.

I’ve worked at Zaxbys on archer road for like two years , ItsDIRTY ASF , we use to find 4-5 RATS a day , they use to eat the bread & some employees would still use the bread the rats had been eating out of , ain’t NOTHING there clean ; don’t NOBODY in the kitchen wash they hands or where hair nets , & they always serving old food …the BOH is DISGUSTING & the management there sucks , Austin long is a b**** , worst GM ever .. they don’t value the customers or employees

Food and service was not good, I ordered online a house Salad with grilled chicken got fried instead smh. Hardly no cheese and onion crisp on the salad that is now in a small portioned cup sitting on the salad for $15. Ordered the hardest funnel cake ever for $4 makes no damn sense at all. When you revisit the restaurant it's always a problem when things are adressed...

My food was just barely warm from sitting on the ready counter for 5 mins. When I told the girl,very politely ,I believe that’s mine she wasn’t pleased like I was rushing her. When I got it home I was shocked at what I saw. My grilled chicken sandwich had no lettuce on it , it was all mushy on the side and very very little of it at that. The tomatoes were a joke also. If I could I would show a pic of it but guess Zaxbys don’t want that.

Just ordered on garnnerys ferry rd the only thing that was GOOD was NOTHING WASTE OF MY MONEY ITS HORRIBL OMG

We ordered the Parmesan chicken fries and very disappointed they looked good on the poster that was about all. They were not worth over 9$ . Very nasty . The sauce they used tasted like ranch did not have any garlic flavor the cheese was just shredded Parmesan and not melted cheese such as a provolone along with the Parmesan. They need to really think the recipe for these fries completely not satisfied at all. Very sloppy and not a good flavor at all

Our basketball team is in the midst of its season and there is always the need for sponsorship meals. My family frequents our local Zaxby's located in the Lee Branch Shopping Center in Bham AL so I decided to give them a try. I called the local store and asked for the manager. I was connected to Mr. Justin Allgood. I informed him of the purpose of my call and asked if he would consider sponsoring a meal for our local team. Without hesitation, he said yes. His eagerness to support was so refreshing that I was actually amazed. Within minutes, I had an email commitment and today our boys enjoyed a delicious hot meal before getting on the road to their game. Thank you Zaxby's for your support. You're the difference our community needs. You're not just convenient, your courteous and supportive. Our family and our school can't thank you enough!

So first of all I was served raw chicken with veins still in it, and I was served cold stale chips that were unseasoned, and the service was appalling the waiters were passive aggressive and confrontational to me when I asked for some sauce and don’t even get me started on the look on the place, there was cockroaches and mice scurrying around everywhere and the floors were filthy. Never go here unless you like raw chicken, this place is shocking

Just tried the philly chicken sandwich. The only flavor it had came from what ever the tomato stuff was. Haven't eaten at Zaxbys for years and now its off my list completely.
