Zajo Outdoor Arvostelua 18

I have mixed feelings about Zajo. I've ordered multiple items from their website - two pairs of pants, two jackets, and one fleece - and the experience has been inconsistent.

- Fleece: The stitching started coming apart after just 4–5 washes. I've never experienced this before, even with much cheaper clothing from random brands. This was very disappointing.
- Pants (2 pairs): These are actually quite good. They look great, are very lightweight, and are comfortable enough for activities like jogging or yoga. I didn't expect them to be extremely durable, but after 2 years they are holding up reasonably well. The main downside is the pockets-they are too small and tight, making them almost unusable.
- Jackets (2 items): Both are size S, yet one feels too large while the other is too small. This inconsistency is frustrating and makes it hard to trust their sizing.

Overall: Zajo makes very stylish and good-looking outdoor clothing, but the quality control is questionable, and the sizing is inconsistent. It's hard to know what to expect when ordering.

I bought a fleece jacket in large which was more like a small and was very poor quality. Also a beanie hat which for the poor quality was overpriced despite being in a sale

Die Jacke Model Gasherbrum Neo Jkt wird als 100% Wasserdicht bezeichnet.
Nach dem ersten Regen stellt man schnell fest, dass eine 59,90€ Jacke nicht in einem Preissegment von
200-350€ mithalten kann, auch trotz Beschreibung.
Zajo hier anzuschreiben ist mehr als Sinnlos und vertane Lebenszeit!!

Einzige Konsequenz, Verbraucherzentrale anschreiben!!

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Bei einer Retoursendung hsbe ich aus Versehen eine falsche Adresse angegeben. Lenka von zajo hat sich sehr viel Mühe mit der Suche gegeben und ichhabe mein Geld zurückbekommen. Ein Spitzenkundenservice ! Ich kann die Firma nur empfehlen!

I had lots of doubts about this online store, even though I knew people who already purchased gear from them. The customer service rep was kind and answered my questions within minutes (despite it being a Sunday evening!). I highly recommend that before purchasing, you create an account and then buy things, as otherwise, the order will not show on your account. Merino shirts that I bought for Christmas gift were perfect, and were actually delivered in a little over a week (from Polan to Slovenia). So do not worry, they are legit and your order will come in time!

Już półtora miesiąca piszę e-maile, a pieniędzy nadal nie ma.

Schade, es wird eine Zahlung mit Klarna angeboten und dafür auch noch eine Gebühr erhoben. Leider funktioniert das anscheinend nicht und ich soll das Geld überweisen ( inkl. der Klarna Gebühr). So wird es nichts

Rücksendung nach Slowenien ist zu teuer.
Schade die Klamotten sind toll.
Nur wenn man zwischen den Größen liegt und es nicht passt . Muss man mit mind. 20,00 Euro Rücksendungskosten rechnen.

Moje doświadczenie z firmą Zajo związane z zamówieniem kurtki było bardzo negatywne. Zamówiłem kurtkę 7 września 2024 roku, a płatność została dokonana natychmiast. Mimo to, firma potrzebowała około tygodnia, aby potwierdzić, że otrzymała zapłatę. Wcześniej twierdzili, że nie mogą zweryfikować płatności, co było bardzo frustrujące, zważywszy na to, że przelew poszedł bez problemu.

Następnie proces wysyłki zaczął się przeciągać, a firma nie była w stanie wysłać zamówienia z jakichś bliżej nieokreślonych powodów. Każde ich wyjaśnienie było mgliste i nie dawało żadnych konkretnych informacji.

W końcu, po kolejnych problemach, poprosiłem o anulowanie zamówienia i zwrot pieniędzy. Minął tydzień od tego momentu, a pieniędzy nadal nie ma. Co gorsza, nie ma możliwości kontaktu telefonicznego z firmą — wszystko odbywa się wyłącznie drogą mailową, w języku angielskim. Na maile otrzymuję odpowiedzi dopiero kolejnego dnia, które i tak niewiele wyjaśniają.

Zgłosiłem sprawę na policję jako wyłudzenie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tej firmy. Strzeżcie się!

Ceny kosmiczne, jakoś średnia , rozmiar w cały świat. Wysyłka na wymianę pod wskazany adres , po czym dostaje zwrot przesyłki i za która muszę ponownie zapłacić . Po kontakcie z firma owszem przysyłają swojego kuriera i odsyłają kurtkę w rozmiarze , o który prosiłam ale chyba tylko zmieniona metka bo rozmiar ten sam. Żadnej rekompensaty za podwójne koszty przesyłki , które poniosłam. Nie polecam.

Sehr schöne Produkte mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Netter Kundendienst, schade, dass Rücksendungen so teuer sind, sonst würde ich öfter bestellen. Aber sie arbeiten wohl an diesem Problem.

Things are good quality. Prices are reasonable. I had good contact with support. Order was delivered to Poland in timely manner

I received the down winter jacket I ordered after a couple of days. Good product. Unfortunately, I had decided towards another jacket, so I returned this one. The return shipment to Slovakia was 17 EUR, which is more than local p&p, but still in a reasonable range. I got my money back, so all fine.

Czekanie tydzień na wysłanie kurtki to jakieś nieporozumienie. Wysyłają meil że przesyłka będzie określonego dnia u klienta a okazuje się że tego dnia dopiero nadają paczkę. A ubrania niezgodne z rozmiarem. Nie polecam.

Dwa zapytania @ i przez fb. Brak odzewu i kontaktu. Ignorancja klienta, co potwierdzają opinie innych osób. Bezużyteczne tabele rozmiarów, zamiast konkretne wymiary ubrań. Tym samym rezygnacja z zakupu i negatywna opinia.

I bought a tent in September which was delivered broken. Only no reaction from the support. Then sent the goods back after many problems. now waiting for my refund more than 4 weeks no reaction.

Bought the lofoten tent. The tent has been fine but the dry bag is very poor quality and is literally falling apart. Unfortunately means the tent is useless as can’t be transported in a dry condition. Tried to buy a replacement bag and was told it wasn’t possible.

I'm in Spain and I've bought 3 jackets here already. They are good quality, however this January one jacket (130€) is MISSING in my last order. The package was incomplete and the customer service is avoiding to give me a solution for weeks. They are not reimbursing my money, nor sending my jacket. They are giving excuses for weeks and doing nothing. It's a shame because I loved their products but I now totally discourage buying from them online, unless you're able to personally go to pick up the products.
