Do not use this company. As others say, there is NO customer service. I've tried chat, calling, and emailing to obtain an RA # for return. No pickup or response on any. I think they ordered from Amazon, who in turn sent the wrong items to me. The packing slip said Amazon.

Someone hacked my account and made a fraudulent purchase from Zabiva. I emailed within minutes of receiving a fraudulent order confirmation asking them to cancel and refund. The next day they ship the items anyway to the thief. They then have the audacity to email me TWICE from two different reps telling me if I return the items unopened they will refund me. How am I supposed to get items returned that were delivered to a thief? Should I contact the thief and ask them to pretty please ship the items back so I can get a refund?! Worst experience EVER! Avoid this company at all costs!

They advertised a product as a "flash sale", then shipped an inferior model at an inflated price. When I got a different product than I ordered, they want me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. They won't answer the phone.

Ordered with them about a week ago. They simply will not respond to anything! They do not answer the phone. Charged my card for my item $37. Now nothing from them and I mean nothing. I've tried to contact them through my account, through the website and through the support.... nothing!!! I'm going to have to file a fraudulent charge with my bank to get my money back.

Stay away from this Zabiva.com! This is not a legitimate business! They billed my credit card twice !!! with much higher amount that I was told. I was given false information every time I tried to get answers. They do not answer phone calls and there is no way to leave a message and they do not respond to chat. I was finally forced to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Stay away from Zabiva.com!

I made a purchase on 4/5/21, i have not receives a confirmation# . I have called 281 469-1742 they do not answer.. but they have charges my acct for the amount of my purchase.

I placed an order then did not receive an order confirmation. Ruh Ro. Red flag. Then I go online and see all these 1 star reviews on various sites. Panic. Call their contact number. Not working. Google their 2 addresses i found. One a regular house the other some auto body shop. Ruh Ro. Found a website for the U.S. department of consumer affairs. Copied and pasted it to their contact email and said don't mess with me i am the wrong guy. Well, they must of sent it by fighter jet.So either it was my threat or these poor reviews are full of it. Your call.

Thanks to everyone who wrote a review! I was getting ready to order a stuffed panda bear for my granddaughter! We all need to keep posting reviews so others won't be sucked in by these terrible companies that are just trying to get rich!! Thanks!!

Seems to be a kind-of business. Poor to non-existent customer service. “Surprise” return policy. 25% restocking fee that is not written on their site. I do not recommend buying from them.

Fraud. 1 month and 10 days after the order they did not ship anything , have no tracking and don't answer to email.

okay?... I was thinking about ordering from here but I didn't see any reviews for the product I was trying to buy so thanks for you all's comments I will find somewhere else to go.😌

Zabiva is a fraud company I placed a order with the on December 27, 2019 and it is now January 19th 2020 and no product nor refund all I've been getting is a complete run around when I call their phone number. I warn anyone before ordering with this company please do your research you have been warned they will take your money and you will get nothing but a run around I wish this company nothing but bad luck because they deserve it !!!

Horrible, horrible Monsters! This company is worst than the worst!!! They are con artist!!! They are serial thieves!!! They will tell lies on top of lies!!! When I ordered (3) Skala Chocolate treatment cream 35oz each they sent me a empty 6×6 box that was supposed to have a ankle band in it... They told me to provide pictures and I did with the tracking# so, I did. After I provided legitimate proof. They said they would investigate. I had to call them over and over for 8 days. Then they sent me a email stating they were not at fault and I would not get a refund!!! People do not buy from this evil demonic scam company!!!

That lulled me in. My 16.00 part was sent and shipped to the wrong address by usps
They resent it and it was the wrong part.
When I tried to return it they won’t give me a shipping label or a refund. So. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SEARS MARKETPLACE OR ZABIVA. totally. There is nothing good to say about these two companies very disappointing. I’m glad it was only 16.00. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. MERRY CHRISTMAS.

This is a big scam. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner here, because Amazon didn't have it in stock anymore. The product I received is a cheap knock-off of the original product. When I tried to return the product they told me that they won't give me a refund. I strongly recommend not to order from this scam company!!!

The part I ordered was shipped to someone else according to the tracking number they sent me. I don't believe they ever had the part in stock from the beginning. What made me question the order was the fact that it didn't ship for 3 days. When I asked them why the order didn't ship yet they sent me 5 emails with a different excuse every time. I still haven't received my refund.

Ordered a toy for our grandson. Zabiva sent it to a fictitious address in Texas when it should have been sent to Michigan. When we called customer service, (sounded like an Iraqis boiler room), the person was belligerent and uncaring. He made it our fault because we would not accept his apology and could/would not explain the mix up. He refused to re-order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We will lodge a complaint with Sears, who used them as a third party.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Features for shaving gel said pack of 6 for $50. Ordered a pack of shaving gel for $50 supposedly only to recieve 1 can and be told my order was correct. If I want a refund I'll be charged a 25% restocking fee.😡. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ZABIVA AGAIN! If youre reading this be careful of what you order. Clearly no matter whats in the features you're going to get whatever they want you to have.
