I was scammed by these people as well, same story as the others described: bought the item over two years ago, never received it.. asked for a refund and they refused to make it. Now trying to start legal actions against this company, if anyone would like to help out or join in any way please get in touch

I am extremely angry and disappointed with this company. Too many false promises. It has been more than 3 years since i put my deposit and submitted my full payment. I have yet to receive the product that I paid for. When i asked for a refund i was told that I had to wait for the first batch to be shipped before I receive a refund. However they do not know when the first batch will ship and they are still "waiting on test results from china"

Never received any response after the order confirmation. Neither received the ordered goods.

Absolute scam. I ordered years ago and still no response and no item. They steal money under multiple campaign names and brands. DO NOT FALL FOR IT

Je viens de commander (08/03/2021) un double pour 869€, car leur site ne précise pas que c'est une précommande !
En effet le mail du responsable m'informe par la suite que ce produit est toujours en test, et pas disponible pendant de nombreux mois encore:

I ordered one of these close to two years ago and I have not received it. They refuse to return my money. You can buy other devices like this from other companies. These people are scam artists.

They dont tell the customers that you have to wait 3-4 month for this (I actually dont now if they delivered some products at all) But they bill you at once. And the customer service may replay after half a day, and when you tell the customer service to delete your order, they tell you to contact billing departement. This is a scam stay away!
Then you where told that the money will be returned after next batch i delivered????? I just sendt it to Mastercard as a scam!
It took a while, but I just got a refund from Mastercard.

Je pense qu'on a dépassé le stade de l'incompétence abyssale pour sombrer dans l'arnaque pure et simple.

I ordered a slienjoy from their website, I paid 600+ euros for it (deliver was 100+), and thought they'd send it.. They said they "hadn't started to produce them yet."
What? The website said nothing about that.. I asked for a refund in accordance with the 30day delivery law. And was told they'd issue the refund, not within 14 days like they're supposed to, but "when the orders start shipping."
This company is a scam just trying to make money.

Company is a total wash, I’m actually dumbfounded how they aren’t already facing some serious legal consequences, will definitely be joining the community law suit, at this point if they had sent me a f#ck!ng pin or some sort of consolation prize I would be as upset as I am now almost 2 years waiting for this lap top screen and nothing but some poorly filmed videos in China and s#!tty fake news. Scammers!!!!!! I put a down payment on one 3/4 years ago, then they emailed me that the orders were ready for shipping, so I paid the balance in full. It's been 2 years since that email, and they still have not delivered.

DO NOT BUY... I REPEAT! DO NOT BUY! They steal your money. I have been waiting for almost a year for it to arrive and I keep getting told that they haven't shipped yet obviously covid-19 being used as an excuse. I have now asked them to cancel the order and issue me with a refund but they have replied that they will issue the refund once they start dispatching the products. They are literally stealing money from their customers and refusing to help. I have now given them an ultimatum that they have until Friday 5th February 2021 to issue the refund or I will take legal action against them. We will also be going to their competitor who isn't stealing money and is actually shipping their products via Amazon too. Only take a few days to ship and since its through Amazon it is more guaranteed. They are called mobilepixels and they have two products: duo and trio. I haven't ordered yet so I can't recommend them but at least they don't look like scammers unlike Slidenjoy or leslide or yourslide as they keep changing the name as if to confuse their customers more.

Unfortunately i didn't check trustpilot first..... I bought through their website..... i have not received my order and they have said they will refund me when their products are landed which is complete nonsense there is no product there is clearly no plan to "land" anything. its a very elaborate scam!! Why the credit card companies haven't revoked their merchant account i have no idea. I have reported the matter

This is a well known scam. Its been 5 years and they have delivered nothing and refuse to communicate. If anyone knows the home addresses of anyone involved then please let us know.

2 jaar na mijn aanbetaling van 60 zouden ze eindelijk het product in productie hebben en begin dit jaar uitleveren. Na het restant te hebben betaald in November 2019 zou het product begin 2020 geleverd worden. Hierna is 1x gecommuniceerd dat uitlevering is vertraagd door Corona. Hierna nooit meer iets vernomen na meerdere vragen over de status van mijn bestelling. Ga vandaag en laatste poging doen in contact te komen om een uiterlijke leverdatum te ontvangen en anders op ik een rechterlijk geschil. Helemaal klaar mee.

J'ai commandé un Slide et j'ai reçu un container entier. il y avait 12759 Slides à l'intérieur. Surement les commandes de toutes les personnes en attente. Envoyez moi votre adresse je fais suivre! : )) Non franchement je suis désolé pour vous, j'ai rien payé à ces bandits mais je me suis déjà fait avoir par d'autres... Dommage car leur idée est géniale. Des youtubeurs testent le matos et ça a l'air de bien fonctionner..Est ce qu'ils ont eu un échec de rentabilité à la fabrication? Je ne vois que ça...Ils y ont passé trop de temps, ça a planté et les voilà escrocs...Si ça marchait niveau production, leur produit envahirai le monde! C'est juste parfait comme outils! Étonnant que d'autres (samsung, apple etc) ne l'est pas réalisé...

After reading the comments and complaints, at least I know I am not alone. I ordered from them and never received any products despite multiple attempts to contact and requesting refund. I was given the runaround and now will escalate it with VISA. This company is full of international crooks.

Metto una stella perché non c è la possibilità di metterne 0. Fate denuncia alla polizia. Sono dei truffatori. Si prendono i soldi e non inviano nulla. Non comprate. È una truffa

Il s'agit d'une véritable arnaque. vous payez un accompte, puis apres vous payez le solde, et après on vous dis que vous serez livré bientôt.... mais la livraison n'arrive jamais.
c'est une escroquerie pur et simple
