Hi, I bought ebike fiido from these guys, since day 1 I been having problems, these ask all the details when there is a problem they never respond or help. I am in a huge loos, the bike is struck in my garage. This company SCAM people, AVOID, AVOID at all cost, want to leave negative reviews unfortunately no option to do so

Omg this is a Scam i don’t know how they haven’t been shut down. I will be going to trading standards. Ordered a clear case for my kindle it’s never arrived. I have emailed over and over and no one responds. No case and £15 plus lighter with nothing to show for it. Absolutely disgusting.

I’ve checked companies house they are non existent one company similar has been dissolved, but still scamming people.

Sent this supplier 3 emails. Not answered any of them. Tried to call on the phone number on their website, call terminated immediately at their end.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Company doesn't check their email inbox so if you need to make any requests or edit an order you'd be better off looking somewhere else. From the other reviews on here, it seems like this company isn't wort bothering with at all

Wasn't the same screen protector as in the photos. I've email them and had no reply

I have purchased a phone case they have sent me the wrong one when asked questioned it they were looking into any reason not to refund and not to receive the back

Not worth 1 star, took my money no item ever received. They do not respond to any communication re my order. I don’t know how they get away with this. It’s disgusting!

Orderd a phone case as a xmas present for my daughter and never came emailed 6 times no response atall £33 down the drain

I haven’t received my order and they will not return my emails
I wil be reporting them to fraud prevention and reporting them on Instagram

I paid for a phone case and lipgloss set, it never came. I’ve emailed the company lots of times and got no reply and I’ve messaged on instagram where I seen the advent (so I will also be reporting them to instagram as they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise). I’ve contacted my bank who are looking into it as fraud so hopefully I can get my £27 back. Avoid this company, I only wish I’d read the reviews first.

I emailed the page again and the email bounced back. I managed to get my money back through my bank. Steer clear from this company. I wish I had looked at reviews now. Please report the page to instagram and Facebook

Made an order 3 weeks ago now like many others I have not received my order ! Emailed several times and on Instagram and not received a reply back !

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ESPECIALLY WITH A CREDIT CARD. Less than 8 hours after ordering from here, my credit card was hacked and £600 stolen.

Still having an ongoing issue with this company.i purchased a screen protector and firstly what arrived was in the wrong packaging which was clearly damaged and sent out but it was completely the wrong item. Purchased a Samsung ultra 24 screen and received an old small iPhone screen.
I contacted their returns/ customer service team and this is where the issues have properly started."Lynda" who responded to the emails just repeats the same request over and over despite having had all the information provided more than 3 times. On top of this the return apparently is on me to pay! Despite me flagging I was sent the completely wrong item and the poor customer service. Still ongoing and I have chased several times for responses to emails but Lynda keeps replying asking for the same information over and over again!
