terrible service and communication
Like Amy-Jo in the previous post, I have experienced a similar situation with Your Furniture and sent numerous emails, most of which have not been acknowledged or replied to. Below is a copy of my latest email (one of many) sent a week ago - hopefully the manager will respond now?
Hello,
I am sending another email regarding the refund for the above item which was ordered in March 2013 and we waited patiently for more than the 6-8 weeks the site said it would take for delivery and after no correspondence to inform us of what was happening, I contacted you and was told the item had come in, but was not up to standard, so had been sent back and you were waiting for another delivery.
So I waited another few weeks and eventually grew tired of waiting with no update and needed to get the room sorted for which I had ordered this item, so had to cancel the order.
I was assured I would be refunded (£162 for 2 Kensington pot cupboards) when I cancelled in June, but nothing!
I have since emailed and tried to call many times to get this sorted but to no avail. I have only received one reply I think, from [name], assuring me this matter would be dealt with and am still waiting.
I am really not impressed by this type of service and need that refund as soon as possible. Why is it taking so long?
I don't want to be forced to take matters further, but will if this is not resolved promptly.
