Young Giants Education Arvostelua 

Young Giants have been absolutely fabulous this year supporting us with a range of students at our school. As a SENCO it is a delight to work with a company that is so responsive, warm and thoughtful. Everyone I have worked with - Vicky, Kitty, Daniella (just to name a few) - has been so quick to respond and absolutely lovely. The company must foster a strong culture of kindness and inclusion because every bit of communication has been a breeze. Highly recommend.

Young Giants have done a fantastic job with a student who had previously been out of school for 1 year and this was continuing into the next academic year. Young Giants were flexible and worked at the student's home, eventually moving into a coffee shop and increasing the hours. The student has build a great relationship with the tutor and it's had a positive impact on his mental health. Thank you.

My daughter has been with young giants almost 2 years and what a pleasure it has been to work with them from start to finish - they have been nothing but amazing and gone above and beyond for my daughter & made sure Myleighs needs were always met without any hesitation - we couldn’t have asked for anyone better for our daughter at home learning - she had loved every second

I've only been working for YG for a few months: was with another agency for the past four years and needed a change.
I have to say, at the old place you were thrown at a placement in the hope it would stick, where it's completely the opposite with Young Giants.
We're emailed an overview, having been longlisted if it's felt we could be a good match. From there, if we think there could be a symbiosis we have to book in a Teams call with the Education Programme Lead for the county, and then spend a good half an hour discussing the learner's needs and challenges, before choosing whether to take things forward. The process for pairing tutors with learners is extensive and carefully thought out.
If we're a promising match, I'll always call mum/dad/carer to get a good feel for the learner before we meet. And then it's a matter of meeting the learner; keeping things gentle; finding ways to engage them; exhibiting patience and kindness - finding a way in and slowly building trust.

Young Giants have consistently let my child down with poorly matched tutors and inconsistent tutors. There is poor oversight of leadership and what has been evident is that there clear gap between LA funding and provision roll out saving whenever they can and implementing the absolute bare minimum for education. Their tutors all have a 1 week notice period which does not work for SEN kids to have close to zero transiton as they take time to fill positions.

Best company and team to work with, supporting the young lads is always amazing with this dedicated team and staff.
