Good understanding as wonderful…

Good understanding as wonderful questions. They really sound like they care. The only thing is hard to understand the person that’s taking the notes, but he will repeat himself and let you know the outcome of any question.

Abby the rep was amazing

Abby the rep was amazing! She took detailed notes and made sure I felt heard. She was honest and didnt make any promises. Would definitely use again and I hope to speak with Abby again.

When the rep repeated back what was…

When the rep repeated back what was being submitted I felt she actually heard me n that gave me hope !!! So blessed to have been heard specially when I’m simply trying to get Justice for me n the people I was advocating for! Simply listening was opening a door to actual help i am excited for this journey to begin seems like a great team!!
