Yarnspirations Arvostelua 

Originally 1 star: I ordered 14 skeins of yarn, and once the order shipped I was notified that half of it (6 skeins) was delayed. When the order arrived, they immediately cancelled the remainder of my order. I returned to the site to find the price had nearly doubled (I paid $24 for those six skeins, it now costs $42) and I would have to pay for shipping again ($10). I was not compensated in any way beyond the refund, am left with yarn I can't use, and wish I had gone anywhere else.

Edited to 2 stars: After reaching out to complain, they refunded my shipping as well and explained that, between the four days of me placing my order and them preparing it, the item went out of stock. My refund was delayed due to their financial department being closed. The communication throughout the process was still unacceptable, and apparently their inventory management and internal workflows are poor as well.

Placed an order on May 19. A week later I get an email that they have had an unusual volume of orders and are backed up. Fine. It happens. Not the end of the world.

Then a couple of days later I get a shipping confirmation email for the yarn and other bits I ordered. Then a few hours later I get an email saying g the yarn shipping notice was a mistake. They’re actually out of stock of that item and their website didn’t say that. Ok fine. I’m annoyed but they refunded me the yarn and the other items are on the way. I’ll live.

A few days later, on 5/29, my comically large box for what’s in it arrives. I open it. 3 items are inside of 6 that were expected. But 2 of those 3 items are not correct. The order was marked as fulfilled and delivered so nothing else was still in transit. The box also had zero packing paper or padding. I’m glad the items are not particularly fragile!

I emailed asking for a full refund. The good news is they responded (with what’s obviously a generic drop down menu style reply) quickly and I got a refund notification. But good grief, what is going on there that this was such a mess?

I’ve never ordered from this store before this time and I certainly never will again.

Waited well over three weeks for them to ship my order. When I got it, it was missing 2 items. They refunded one of the missing items automatically, but I have been emailing them about the other missing item for 2 weeks, and apart from an auto reply assigning me a case number, I haven’t received any response. Unprofessional operation that doesn’t appear to take their business seriously; proceed with caution if ordering from them.

Placed my order 3/11/26, ETA to be delivered 3/20/26. Just before expected delivery date received an email that it would be "delayed". I've been emailing their customer service address, requesting a new ETA. Zero response. I am at the point where I am going to ask my bank to dispute the payment as I have not received by items, nor received a reply from the company. Do. Not. Recommend.

Haven't received my order and they refuse to cancel after a month. Stay away from this company!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size product from this company and requested a refund following the process they communicated online. Originally, it took two weeks and a follow up email to hear back from them as you have to email them and ask to return the order. II sent the product back, paying over $20 for return shipping as they don’t provide that service. This is fine as I wouldn’t expect that. However, UPS confirmed that my return order was received at the facility 3 weeks ago and I haven’t not been refunded my $134 yet. I sent an email last week asking for an update with no reply. I just sent another email again today. It shouldn’t be this difficult! I won’t use this company again. I’ll stick to Walmart which is sad because I prefer to purchase from companies that are not big box stores. Stay away from this vendor!
