Yahire Arvostelua 

I rented different items for a party at my house, including cutlery. When the items arrived I did not notice the cutlery (for 60 people!) was missing.
When I realised that, it was Saturday evening and unfortunately this company does not offer any costumer service on evenings / weekends. So I sent an email to the costumer service to complain about the missing items.
As my party was the following day, I had to rush to a Sainsbury's to buy forks, knives and spoons for 60 people, totalling more than 300 £.
The glasses where very cloudy and I had to clean all of them with a cloth (50 wine glasses + 88 high ball glasses) to make them presentable. Two glasses arrived broken.
On Tuesday I finally received a reply from the costumer service, who offered me the refund of the money spent for the cutlery hire (£66).
I asked to share the cost for the new cutlery I was forced to buy because of their mistake, but they replied it was not possible.
So now I am short of 300£, and I have a lot of cutlery I don't need. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the services of this company: they did a huge mistake while doing their job, but they simply do not care. This tells a lot about a company.

Yahire provided a great selection of products to hire to host a large garden party. Delivery and collection were seamless and our deposit was refunded promptly. Prices are competitive so would definitely use them again.

I understand that some rules are in the contract, but due to the situation we found, they could be flexible. because unexpected things happen and sometimes we have to make changes.

1st time user of Yahire. Had gazebo, tables and chairs. Never have I had such a hassle free, efficient service. Oliver, as my first point of contact, was quick to reply and dealt with adjustments with ease. Nathan kept in the line with fast responses and James who delivered/collected was an absolute star. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone.

A very easy, efficient and accurate rental service, that turned around my order quickly and delivered/collected it as promised.

My last minute adjustments were also accommodated without complaint, and the service along the way was friendly and helpful.

I recently hired tables, benches, crockery and cutlery for a garden party and everything was super. The communication with Nathan at Yahire was always prompt and clear. Everything was delivered and collected as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future events.

My whole experience with Yahire was honestly amazing! Nathan was so helpful with dealing with all my queries and last minutes changes, and all the responses in received were extremely quick.

The warehouse staff for collection and returning the things we hired were also great and so efficient and friendly!

They also basically have everything you could think of that you might need to hire. Can't reccoment them enough!

Nathan at Yahire has been a complete God send to our venue for very last minute furniture hire requests over the last few weeks. There was also lots of chopping and changing from our end and he was so accommodating to our needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Yahire have been an absolute treat to work with and have been extremely accommodating to all our date changes etc. We have been dealing with Nathan during the whole process of ordering furniture and renewing contracts on a weekly basis and he has been a total gem 10/10 customer service!

Amazing furniture hire service.
I hired chairs and tables for my garden party and they delivered it al, no hustle.

There is no response on a Sunday despite promise of logistics being available to tell you when a delivery will be. We received an email telling us that delivery would be with us in 24 mins and 2.5hrs later we were still waiting. I called 4 times to logistics number with no response or call back from the messages I left.

We were very happy with the service delivered by Yahire. The Staff were very helpful and efficient; we were promised an exemplary service and this was delivered on every point. Delivery was good and the stock hired was exactly what we ordered. Very happy all round and would heartily recommend Yahire.

Very helpful staff at all times: on the phone advising me on what I needed to rent and then at the premises super pleasant and polite people who went the extra mile to help us. When I returned the tables & chairs they helped me offload the car, which was very much appreciated.
I will use Yahire again if I am organising another big xmas at home.
