Pracowalem dla nich jako skipper przez kilka tygodni. Firma stosuje wszystkie możliwe tricki zeby nie oddać kaucji za jacht. Np. Wystawia fikcyjne mandaty za przekroczenie strefy parku narodowego, mimo plywania poza granicami parku. Nawet nagrywanie trackingu nie robilo na nich wrażenia. Dodatkowo jachty są bardzo mocno zużyte a kompletny brak wsparcia technicznego z ich steony to standard. Za 1godz spoznienia na powrocie takze kara. Ok 200eu. Jasli w ofercie jachtu jest klimatyzacja to zwykle jest to oszustwo bo agregat jest rak malo wydajny ze wylacza sie po 30minurach i dziala tylko w salonie i to bardzo slabo

first of all, hope you are doing great.
We obviously look forward to our client's feedback, as you well know, our link to TrustPilot can be found in all of our forms, what we do not accept are unfounded claims and accusations of being scammers.
We ABSOLUTELY do not issue fictitious tickets for the La Maddalena Park. If we asked you to pay, this means that the tracking you provided showed you stayed in the protected area and therefore the ticket needed to be paid (mind you, we also have a tracker that can let us see if you stay there or not).
Technical assistance is always available, we open a chat a week before you embark so that everyone is at your total disposal in case you need help. What you say about the air conditioning being a scam is absolutely not correct: the fact that it is only in dinette is known from the beginning of the booking, when either one of us or the agent makes the offer. If we knew that there was leakage from the A/C, one of our operators would have for sure guided you through the process to purge the mechanism in order to have it working again. As I am sure you can imagine, this happens with air conditioning all the time and it's not something we can predict, but we can easily fix it.

Please refrain from saying that our boats are not in good conditions. Our team does an incredible job at keeping our fleet in shape through all season. Mind you, last year we had more or less 40 embarkations per week and our boats did not disappoint, on the contrary, it was a great season.

If you disembarked an hour late after letting you know in the contract that you should have disembarked at 8, after telling you when boarding, after repeating it at check out (other than you signing the record of return in which it is clearly stated that you should disembark maximum at 8) and after all our messages/calls on the morning on disembarkation, it's really not on us. We need to have the boat free in order to prepare it for the next customer. I am sure you wanted the boat ready in the best way possible, and we delivered it. I am not sure why the next customer shouldn't enjoy the same treatment just because you did not respect our job and our contract terms.

In any case, we accept any constructive feedback, but strongly reject false and offensive insinuations like those you wrote.

Wij huurden in september 2025 de Greenleaf met 8 personen. Bij check in stelden we diverse gebreken vast:
- winch van het grootzeil was defect. Moest vervangen worden, waardoor we pas zondagmiddag konden vertrekken
- enorme dieselgeur in achterste cabine. Er kwam iemand met detergent om het even op te kuisen, doch geur bleef terugkomen. Dichting dieseltank was defect. Achtercabine kon ganse week niet gebruikt worden.
- originele grootzeil was vervangen door een ander kleiner zeil waardoor we niet de volledige oppervlakte zeil hadden en zeil kwam vast te zitten bij inrollen
- airco in de boot werkte niet
- diepvries werkte niet en deed enkel dienst als frigo
- Parkpermit voor La Maddalena werd voor ons aangevraagd door YS. Toen we controle kregen bleek dat onze permit aangevraagd was voor een kleinere boot en niet voor onze 52ft. Wij betaalden de volle pot aan YS doch zij bestelden een goedkopere permit!
Whatsapp sturen, mails, uiteraard kon er tijdens ons verlof niets meer opgelost worden.
- vrijgave van huurwaarborg: niettegenstaande de borg 'direct vrijgegeven was', heeft het 3,5 weken geduurd vooraleer visakaart gedeblokkeerd was.
Het contact na ons verlof met YS verliep heel moeilijk en vooral teleurstellend en zelfs verbaal bedreigend.
Het is duidelijk dat er geen tijd is voor grondige inspectie van de boten, klanten niet altijd de gebreken doorgeven, en de boot constant meegegeven wordt aan de volgende klant zonder gebreken op te lossen.
Het is een prachtig zeilgebied, wij gaan er zeker nog terug maar helaas nooit meer met YS.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

That said, we would like to clarify a few important points. As already stated in our response to your official complaint, we did not receive any technical support requests regarding the freezer or the mainsail during your charter. Unfortunately, this prevented us from taking action to resolve those issues in a timely manner.

With regard to the air-conditioning and diesel smell, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As you know, we intervened on September 14th and believed the matter to be resolved. In recognition of the discomfort, we offered a voucher equivalent to 5% of the charter fee, as communicated in our email dated November 3rd.

Concerning the national park permit, as promptly explained in your dedicated support chat, the issue was due to an unintentional oversight for which we immediately apologized. It was never our intention to mislead, and we can assure you that, had a fine been issued, we would have taken full responsibility for the error.

Lastly, regarding the security deposit, as previously communicated via both WhatsApp and email, the release from our side was processed one week after disembarkation—well ahead of the contractual deadline. Any delay in the actual receipt was likely due to interbank processing times, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

We genuinely hope you will reconsider your review, taking into account the full context of the situation and our continued efforts to support and assist you.

Do not use this company, just bad

Do not use this company. Battery for motor was faulty and we had to return twice to a harbour to charge as house batteries were linked to motor which should not be so. We had to take out the thruster battery and move it every time to start.
We have our own boat and have many years of sailing and boating experience, we wanted to try a trimaran and this company ruined our holiday. We did not feel safe.
Lifejackets were just rubbish old orange 🍊 foam floaters, not appropriate for a life line attachment.
Ropes too short to be safely usable
Mainsail was so stiff we needed 2 people to pull it down! Handheld radio not working so they just took it and said it’s ok you don’t need it.
Fuel spillage so bad one cabin was like being inside a fuel tank, took me 2 hours to clean it. Still not great
No instruction, things broken falling off doors etc, and equipment missing, seat cushions from other boats which didn’t fit, mess even mold, self check in is a joke.
We returned Wednesday evening in 25-30 knots and were told there’s no help at the harbour if we arrive after 17:00, luckily we were there shortly before so someone was there to help with morning, then he disappeared. Everything was soaked and all the deck cushions inside so we went to a hotel. They fixed just the ropes and battery by Thursday late afternoon. As we only had one night left as we had to be back by Friday night we left the boat. No compensation
Avoid at all costs
Just like to add that your response below is incorrect, nothing was promptly dealt with and we were never rude. We fixed some things ourselves and safety is not “ personal preference “, luckily we had taken our own lifejackets as those provided were not ok, no matter what the response below says. just to mention a few points in your response. Don’t you dare try to put the blame on us

First of all, we'd like to emphasize that all your requests during the charter were promptly addressed, including those regarding technical support, dockside assistance, and even your request for a charter extension, which unfortunately we couldn't accommodate due to the vessel's imminent booking.

The battery issue you reported was resolved as quickly as possible by our team, and we're sorry it affected your itinerary. Our technicians responded promptly and the issue was resolved, with the yacht in perfect working order. Regarding safety equipment, we comply with all regulatory standards and provide life jackets suitable for both everyday and emergency use, although we understand that personal preferences may vary. We would like to point out that our standards are well above the industry average; both our personal life jackets and MOB are self-inflating.

It's important to note that our dockside and reception staff have always maintained their professionalism, despite encountering instances of rudeness. We never consider this to be justified, especially when we do our best to assist you. We also remind you that check-in is supported by a digital system with the yacht's complete documentation, including manuals. This modern approach allows both experienced and less experienced crews to take charge of the vessel independently and responsibly, supported by digital information made available to the Captain upon booking confirmation. Our delivery operator then shows the Captain the vessel's brief technical data sheet, assessing their understanding of it for obvious safety reasons. The Captain and the entire crew receive ongoing technical and commercial assistance throughout the booking period.

While we regret that this experience wasn't what you hoped for, we believe we acted professionally and in good faith at every stage. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, we remain open to a constructive dialogue.

Thanks for your feedback, but it's really not clear what this review is about. On this platform our clients share their experience (wether they found it nice or not) during their charter and not what extras are clearly optional and not included; it doesn't seem fair to give a rating like this to a company based only on standard and/or optional equipment. The Dufour 390 Yaya you booked comes without bow thruster and we add it in order to give an additional service, which is obviously not necessary for navigation, but only an aid for the people who prefer to have it.
We are not forcing anybody to book extra services they do not want (the only mandatory extra is the Starter Pack): the truth is that the thruster is not sold as a proper extra, we simply have taken its price out of the charter fee payment to make the rate more accessible to clients who do not need thrusters at all.

Boote in einem Katastrophaler Zustand

Katastrophaler Zustand, erhebliche Mängel – Nicht empfehlenswert!

​Die von uns gecharterte Yacht befand sich in einem inakzeptabel schlechten Zustand. Diese Mängel wurden bereits bei der Übergabe bemängelt, verursachten notwendige Sofortreparaturen und führten dazu, dass die Abfahrt erst am Sonntagnachmittag erfolgen konnte. Auch das von uns begleitete Schwesterschiff musste aufgrund eines defekten Steuerungssystems zweimal zur Basis zurückkehren, wobei die Reparatur nur bedingt gelang.
​Gravierende Mängel an der Ausrüstung und Sicherheit
​Segeltüchtigkeit: Das Großsegel war alt und wies viele gerissene Nähte auf. Ein sicheres Segeln bei stärkerem Wind war ausgeschlossen.
​Rigg: Ein Mastschieber fehlte bei der Übergabe. Der von Ihnen als Ersatz gelieferte Schieber war zu klein und zu schwach dimensioniert. Obwohl wir dies sofort reklamierten, brach er bereits nach wenigen Tagen.
​Navigation: Der Autopilot war nicht funktionsfähig. Bei dem Versuch der Benutzung drehte das Boot bereits nach wenigen Sekunden im Kreis.
​Funktionale und Beworbene Mängel
​Energieversorgung: Das beworbene Solarpanel, welches der Grund für den Aufpreis im Vergleich zum Schwesterschiff war, fehlte vollständig. Stattdessen war nur ein schmutziger Fleck auf dem Deck sichtbar.
​Bordelektrik: Die Batterie war defekt oder zu schwach dimensioniert, sodass der Kühlschrank die meiste Zeit nicht nutzbar war und viele Lebensmittel verdarben.
​Absurdität: Der Vorschlag eines Mitarbeiters, den Motor täglich mindestens fünf Stunden laufen zu lassen, um die Batterie zu laden, ist bei einer gecharterten Segelyacht inakzeptabel.
​Sicht: Die Fenster der Sprayhood und des Biminis waren derart verwittert, dass eine Durchsicht unmöglich war.
​Hygienische und Sanitär-Mängel
​Sauberkeit: Kühlschrank und weitere Bereiche waren derart verschmutzt, dass eine sofortige Nachreinigung erfolgen musste.
​Sanitär: Der Abwassertank ließ sich nicht leeren. In der Folge entleerte sich der Inhalt über den Entlüftungsstutzen, was zu erheblicher Geruchsbelästigung führte.
​Toiletten: Zusätzlich liefen die Toiletten nach dem Spülen bis zum Rand voll, wobei das Wasser beim Segeln überlief.
​Fazit:
​Angesichts der Mängel, die die Nutzbarkeit und die Sicherheit des Schiffes massiv einschränkten, können wir diesen Vercharterer keinesfalls weiterempfehlen, da offenbar wissentlich Schiffe in einem mangelhaften Zustand vermietet werden. Dieser Eindruck wurde bei der Rückgabe bekräftigt, als wir von anderen Charterern von noch größeren Problemen an Bord erfuhren.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few key points:
Our technical team supported both boats involved in your trip as quickly as possible, including interventions during the weekend and outside regular hours. Despite the volume of charters during peak season, we always strive to minimize delays and resolve critical issues promptly.
The mainsail, although used, was inspected before departure and deemed suitable for navigation. As with any charter fleet, sails may show wear, but safety remains our priority. Regarding the rigging and autopilot, your reports were taken seriously, and assistance was dispatched accordingly.
The onboard batteries were tested and functional at the time of delivery. If battery usage was high during your cruise, charging via engine is indeed a common and recommended solution, especially when not connecting to shore power.
We apologize if the initial cleaning did not meet our usual standards. Our staff has addressed this immediately as it was notified at check-in. Regarding the holding tank, we would have appreciated more specific communication during the charter to intervene effectively.
At disembarkation, we would have welcomed a direct conversation to better understand your concerns and work toward a resolution. We are always open to constructive dialogue.
Please note, that at the end of the charter (I understand you are one of the crew members and not the Captain), we have taken out a charge for one of the forbidden areas you passed through during your holiday, which is something that the Captain knows and is aware as well of the breach of contract he made.
We take your comments seriously and are already reviewing the technical points you raised. While we regret your dissatisfaction, we assure you that safety and customer care remain central to our operations.

Quite satisfied

We haven't had any problems. The ladies in the office are very nice, and we haven't paid any fines. Just follow the guidelines, which isn't that difficult. We booked Bali46 and quite satisfied.

Das Team um Yachting Sardinia ist sehr bemüht, organisatorisch hat alles bestens gepasst. Das Boot war generell in Ordnung. Die Kabinen waren sauber und die Betten und Bettwäsche perfekt. Die Toiletten hatten leider ein Problem des zu hohen Wasserstands, dass auch im Laufe des Törns repariert werden musste. Das Dinghi war in schlechtem Zustand und der Aussenborder hat leider nur einmal funktioniert. Zum Glück hatten wir die Nachbarbucht in Marinello angelaufen um dort vor dem Starkwind geschützt zu sein. Danach mussten wir zurück in die Marina. Dort wurden dann beide Probleme behoben. Seglerisch kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir in unserer Woche entweder zu starken oder nur schwachen Wind hatten. Anker und Motoren haben gut funktioniert. Das Navi und der Autopilot auch ok. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und funktionell. Das Team von YS war aber immer bemüht und hat uns auch telefonisch unterstützt. Letztendlich hatten wir eine gute und schöne Zeit an Bord. Die Idee einen WhatsApp Gruppe für die Kommunikation anzulegen fand ich sehr gut.

Esperienza ottima

Base di portisco. Bali Catspace . Prima settimana di ottobre. Personale cortese veloce e preciso , veramente un ottimo servizio. Catamarano in buono stato con dotazioni , tipo acqua potabile a bordo uniche fra i charter utilizzati in passato da anni. Tutto si è svolto nei tempi comunicati con massima precisione e sempre aggiornati sui successivi passaggi . Nessun problema tecnico durante la settimana ed al rientro checkout veloce programmato e senza lacune. Consiglio.

A good week of sailing on Viridis, thank you.

Charter period: 1 week (September/October 2025)

POSITIVES: Office staff were very helpful - Antonina, Roberta (pre-charter) and, particularly, Federica (throughout) provided great assistance. Checkout with Omar was a breeze, and the deposit returned swiftly. Viridis (Dufour 37) proved to be an excellent cruiser in its class; the boat was clean, generally in a good condition and exceptionally comfortable for our crew of four - overall a great joy to sail (the bowthruster, though, was unreliable).

Where we see room for IMPROVEMENT: The bureaucracy and the hostile contract T&C's are a significant put-off, adding unnecessary stress to the check-in process. The DSC was disabled - I urge YiS to reassess this (particularly for clients exempt from standard contractual navigation limits). Although it didn't bother us too much, we found that SeaTutor wasn't really fit for purpose - slow, very poor resolution and simply wouldn't have helped us assess the proximity of forbidden areas. Viewed on the chart, the areas themselves were largely uncontroversial.

RECOMMENDATIONS for prospective clients: If you can, start communicating with YiS staff a few months in advance of arrival (or sort everything out during low season). We had lots of questions and most of them were answered.

I appreciate the fact that you found our assistance and services (cleaning, check out, etc.) reliable and this makes us very, very happy; we really do our best.

For what concerns the T&C, they are the result of the many experiences the company had during the 25+ years of activity.
As much as I can imagine that some clients often misunderstand the intentions behind the contract, I can assure you that the aim is not to put stress on our guests but to provide a safe holiday.
SeaTutor is a work in progress, we will of course take notes from your comments and use them to improve our service!

Thanks a lot for your honesty and help and I hope to have you back soon on board of one of our SY as our guest!

Vertragsbedingungen unannehmbar!

Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Kat und dem Service waren grundsätzlich ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

Die Kritik geht in Richtung Vertrag. Mit der Unterschrift verpflichte ich mich zu Strafzahlungen für unterschiedlichste ´Vergehen´. Dazu gehört das Befahren von tw. willkürlich festgelegten Gebieten, das Verlassen der 3 Meilen Zone (Überfahrt Korsika), Battariespannungsabfall, etc.
Das Unternehmen rühmt sich mit der Zertifizierung nach DIN ISO 9001, welche in diesem Fall allerdings völlig falsch ausgelegt wurde. Schade!

Ich halte diese Art von Knebelvertrag für mehr als fragwürdig und kann nur dringed davon abraten, hier zu unterschreiben. Am Ende zählt das, was geschrieben steht und nicht die mündliche Vereinbarung.

Daher nur 1 Stern.

Thank you for your feedback, but let me clarify it because I think you didn’t fully understand the meaning of the contract and its “restrictions”, as you call them.
You mean the forbidden areas: they are just some spots where you are not allowed to sail. Why? Because we want to prevent accidents. These areas are forbidden for rocks that you can’t see during navigation, and for shallow water. These are really important for your safety, the safety of the crew and the safety of the boat. Of course there is a penalty if someone passes through them, violating the contract itself. We just want to protect you all and your holiday. Some of our customers violated this rule and got stuck or worst, putting their life in real danger.
I remind you that, for contract, you CAN go to Corsica without overcoming the 3NM: the limit is counted starting from the coast, and since there are some little island between Sardegna and Corsica, you are in the limit. We never forbid you to go there, even on the contract it's written that you can sail there without any exemption.

All of the penalties you saw on the contract are just to prevent some damages to the boat and preserve the security onboard. So please, don’t call them “restrictions”, and have a better look to the contract, so you’ll understand that all of the penalties have a purpose behind, and it’s to guarantee the security onboard.
They help dissuade some customers who want to sail or dock in prohibited areas and certainly not accept fines when they are not due because they behave respectfully and we certainly do not charge without a valid reason. We protect customers safety and we regret that the message conveyed through the contract does not reflect this.

Die Segel ob Groß

Die Segel ob Groß, Fog und das Dingi waren in sehr schlechtem Zustand. In den Toiletten stand das Wasser immer fast am überlaufen. An die Basemitglieder die Daumen hoch für die Hilfsbereitschaft.
