This is wost hosting ever. they suspended my website without a single email notification. they said because of malware. now I'm trying to put it back live. waste my 27 days. support team realy unprofessional. I never recommend any one to use this hosting.

Slow customer service response. I operated several eCommerce and corporate websites through their hosting plan, but the servers were always going down. Because of this inconsistency, we experienced so much loss in sales.

Their customer support is even more terrible since they are online but never answer to our questions. The only contact they make is a month before renewal when they try to force us into early payment with ludicrous reasoning.They are the worst hosting company that you could work with; stay away as far as possible from them. It feels like a scam offering where you shouldn't be using their hosting or any other service provided at all.

Xama hosting is good, fast, no problem till now. Customer support ok.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Xamaa.lk. As a long-term customer, I had a hosting package with them for my domain, Zigmacoders.lk. My experience took a drastic turn when Xamaa.lk suddenly suspended my account without any prior notice or communication.

The hosting package, "Unlimited SSD," was renewed on 2023-08-08, with the next renewal date set for 2024-08-08. However, without warning, Xamaa.lk suspended my account, claiming that customers must pay the full renewal amount 14 days prior to the renewal date. I never received any communication about this new policy, nor was I reminded about the upcoming payment.

This abrupt suspension has not only affected my personal projects but also disrupted the services of my clients, as I had hosted two websites and connected MYSQL databases to several mobile apps. The lack of access to these resources has caused significant inconvenience and potential financial losses.

What frustrates me the most is the unprofessionalism displayed by Xamaa.lk. They could have at least informed me in advance or provided a grace period to make the payment or back up my files. Instead, I was left in the dark, and now all my data is inaccessible.

I would not recommend Xamaa.lk to anyone looking for reliable and transparent hosting services. Their lack of communication and unfair policies have led to a terrible customer experience. Save yourself the trouble and consider other providers with better customer service and clearer communication.

Worst Service provider Ever. You'll definitely lose your data and the money for sure. After some time he's not bothered to reply to you. Most of the 5-star reviews are fake. That's why even they got 2stars out of 5

XAMAA is owned by Mohammed Dilshan. this is a personal business. Two of my domains were bought from this company one domain was not renewed after taking money. When asked, he said that it was cut by direct pay. owner not getting responsibility for Xamaa online payments. they emailed paid receipts but did not provide their service. The domain was sold again. not responding to calls and WhatsApp after this incident. also Not support an online portal. Don't buy into trouble by taking the Xamaa domain and hosting service. after this incident, he removed the Xamaa Google account with reviews. Xamaa web hosting and owner Mohammed Dilshan is a scammer..not recommend this scamming Service...they changed their website URL from xamaa.com to xamaa. com/lk/ due to Google Review.
