Bonjour Ali,
Bien cordialement,
Mohammed de l’équipe WTRMELON

I’m absolutely delighted with order!
I’m absolutely delighted to have found your company. At a time when there’s a need to support the ‘Free Palestine’ cause, people are looking for ways to express their views in public, not necessarily by speaking out in the strictest sense. I believe that many individual voices can come together to form a powerful chorus. For truth, for justice. I’m impressed by the excellent customer service, the speed of delivery and the superb quality of the product. It was great experience, order. Well done! Congratulations! Free Palestine! The world is listening to you!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Beyond the quality of the products, what truly makes this store special is its commitment to supporting the people of Palestine. It’s inspiring to see a business using its platform to make a real difference through humanitarian aid and solidarity.
Knowing that my purchase contributes to a meaningful cause made it so much more than just shopping—it felt like an act of compassion. Excellent service, beautiful products, and a mission that genuinely matters. I wholeheartedly recommend supporting this store if you believe in helping others and making your purchases count.

I wanted really to give 5 stars
I wanted really to give 5 stars. Products look good , the cause is right but the people behind this don’t seem to be ethical. First order i received i got something wrong and also had to pay import taxes( did not even mention to change it, just an excuse). They mention they send from Germany but i dont think so.
So i ordered a second time and told them to send it from Germany so i can avoid import taxes. They confirmed me that they will sent from germany. Again they sent from Dubai and they said i wont have import taxes 🤣. I messaged the support and they said they would refund. They never did. The brand has potential but people behind it are not so ethical it seems.. taking advantage of situations and a cause, while ripping off customers?
Update: you mention you refunded . U never did

Hi Dimitris,
Thank you for explaining what happened. We are sorry for the incorrect item in your first order, the unexpected import charges, and the conflicting information about where your second order would be shipped from. You placed another order after receiving a specific assurance from us, so we understand why this damaged your trust.
The reimbursement we promised has now been made. We are sorry this was not resolved and communicated clearly when you first raised it. If you have not received it or anything remains outstanding, please contact us at service@wtrmelon.co so we can check it with you.
For context, we have faced repeated customs inspections affecting our shipments, including issues involving our Just Do It design and the Palestine map in our logo. Some shipments were held for weeks or not released, and we had to send replacement packages, sometimes more than once. We addressed these shipping issues with the relevant authorities at the beginning of October.
However, those difficulties do not excuse telling you an order would ship from Germany and then sending it from Dubai, or giving you assurances about import charges that did not match your experience. We should have explained the dispatch location and potential charges clearly before shipment and followed through promptly on the promised reimbursement.
If the reimbursement has resolved the outstanding issue, we would appreciate an update to your review reflecting that outcome, while keeping your honest account of the original experience. That is entirely your choice.
Kind regards,
Mohammed from the WTRMELON team
