wristfix Arvostelua

We ordered 1600+ custom wristbands for an event with express shipping. Delivery took over 3 weeks, and when they finally arrived Wristfix had put on the wrong design! They initially agreed to refund us but have since been ignoring all our calls and emails. We were left with unusable wristbands and £500 down the drain. If they get your order wrong like they did ours, say goodbye to getting your money back.

Fantastic quality item (I ordered a wristlet with a custom design). Service was prompt and wonderful. Definitely will return to this business for any further custom lanyards/wristlets.

Brilliant items and wonderful customer service. 10/10! Great quality all round. Would highly recommend.

Ordered as a gift, very quick delivery and good price for the quality

Great company, excellent service. Was informed throughout the process and received a great product and was packaged very well! Super professional! Would highly recommend to anyone

From the product itself, to the customer service. Everything was faultless. The wristlet itself was better than I had hoped and for a huge Arsenal fan such as myself, it had been a lovely item to own. Even months after my purchase, they kept in touch to keep me updated on their new site and products which was a great touch.

I recently lost my wristlet and the customer service was truly lovely. They were prepared to send me a complimentary one but at a cheap price for a high quality product, that I loved, I’m more than happy to reorder another.

Thank you! :)

The quality of the wristbands was top-notch—durable, comfortable, and visually striking, which added a great touch to our event branding. From start to finish, Wristfix’s team was attentive and responsive, making the entire ordering process smooth and easy. They even helped us with design customization and ensured timely delivery, despite a tight deadline. Our team and guests loved them, and they held up beautifully throughout the day. Highly recommend Wristfix for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality wristbands and exceptional customer service. We'll definitely be returning for our next event!

Super service. Always on time.

Brilliant and quick service. They went above and beyond with design work and also worked hard to meet our tight deadline when we’d been let down by another company. Couldn’t be happier with the final result, had so many nice comments from customers about them at our event! Will definitely be using in future.

I reached out to Wristflix a while ago to help me out with wristbands for an event and the team was a delight! I had quite a tight time frame but the team was so on point and efficient the experience was seamless. The wristbands themselves were great quality and looked amazing! Recently I came back to Wristflix for another event and the team was just as pleasant to work with. Will was so helpful with advice on what wristbands work best with the event requirements and very patient with my undecidedness on the design. When the wristbands arrived I was not surprised that they looked amazing! My experience with them has been seamless and just overall pleasant - definitely my top go to supplier!

After a recommendation from a friend we decided to use wristfix and we won’t be looking back! Could not fault these guys in the slightest from the first email up until delivery they were very professional and happy to answer any questions promptly.

From the start to the completion of our order, Wristfix communication and professionalism has been incredible. We gave a design brief and William came back with some amazing ideas. When our wristlets were delivered they were well packaged and carefully wrapped. We cannot recommend this company enough! We hope to work with you again soon.

We used Wristfix UK Wristband's services at London Film and Comic Con 2023 to provide merch across the weekend. The quality was fantastic and the recipients absolutely loved them! The turnaround time was exemplary and we can't wait to use them again for future events! Highly recommended!

Excellent service and very quick delivery

Great service and fast production. Exactly what we needed.

The service from Wristfix was excellent from start to finish. Very helpful and great advice in finding the exact product needed. Ordered wristbands and Snap bands for a summer programme for kids and they loved them. Quick delivery of samples to ensure we could select the right product and great quality final products as promised when delivered. Would definitely recommend and use again.
