Wren Kitchens Arvostelua 

I had a washing machine delivered as part of my new kitchen design.
The washer was a different type from what i chose instore.
I reported this to Wren via the app in the morning, by lunch time i had a call to say that a new replacement would be delivered and the redundant one returned.

Rang to see if it was convenient to arrive earlier
Took his protective plastic shoe covers off outside when leaving
Explained everything
Made us feel at ease while he was in our home

The guy from Wren , Simon Mellor was all as hoped. On time, polite, professional and answered all our questions whilst measuring for potential new kitchen.
We are looking forward to the next step using VR to demonstrate what the kitchen will look like.

Polite, professional and punctual.

Installer's electrician went sick and there was NO replacement. After 4 weeks he attended my kitchen but hadn't been given 3 sockets. An unoccupied property, he left back door unlocked. Local Wren manager did not want to know, told me to ring installer -this for the fourth time and without reply.

Ade was brilliant. Really friendly and helpful when sorting out two replacement items for our new kitchen, which we are delighted with. Wren’s customer support has been spot on throughout the whole process from design through to delivery

Customer services is usually a chore, especially with the agonisingly long hold times Wren have (40+ minutes!) but Bethanie was tremendously positive and helpful. She understood my problem instantly, was sympathetic to the intricacies of it and helped me reach a swift resolution. We even got cut off twice and she called me back no hesitation.
