Mark Willmott was fantastic when he came to survey and measure our kitchen. He was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions.

His attention to detail gave us real confidence in the process. Excellent service – we’d highly recommend to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Terrible service. Poor installation and many scratched damaged parts that needed replacing. 3 months after installation I am still waiting for the kitchen to be finished to the agreed standard.
Contact has to be by email because the wait for phone contact can be in excess of 40 minutes.
I would not, could not recommend Wren. Showroom experience is ok but appalling service afterwards.

Avoid Wren's Installation Service

We recently decided to upgrade one of our bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes and a new carpet. After comparing several suppliers, we chose Wren because we already have a Wren kitchen that we're very happy with. However, we didn't use Wren's installers for our kitchen, and I now wish we'd made the same decision with the wardrobes.

Before ordering, we explained to the showroom that we intended to have the wardrobes fitted first so the carpet could be installed up to them, exactly as Wren advised. The installation was arranged on that basis.

The problems started immediately. One of the top cupboard doors arrived in the wrong colour. Although the fitter said he would arrange a replacement, we had to chase Wren ourselves before it was eventually resolved.

The biggest issue came after the carpet was fitted. We discovered the wardrobes had been installed with virtually no clearance from the floor. In our 1901 home, where the floors aren't perfectly level, the new carpet meant that around half of the wardrobe doors could no longer open properly. On a wardrobe costing nearly £4,000, this is simply unacceptable.

Wren sent fitters back to adjust the doors, but they quickly realised the wardrobes would need to be removed and reinstalled correctly. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor installation, they refused to accept liability and left us with wardrobes that were not fit for purpose.

The product itself may be good, but the installation service and aftercare have been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Wren's fitting service.

Just had the surveyor Cam Smith out to measure up two bedrooms lovely and bubbly and really nice to deal with, very thorough with measuring and took great pride in her work, excited now with regards what designs the designer comes up with on back on Cams plans thank you so much. Cam is an asset to Wren for sure.

He was an absolute pleasure to have in my home , he was conscientious professional, very respectful of my home and acted on on all the points which I need Wren to be aware of when designing my new kitchen. We had a very good experience with the design stage, most of the order arrived on time and our kitchen was completed within the booked week. Our installer as provided by Wren couldn’t have been better - he worked so hard to get it all completed on time and to a very high standard. We had a delay with the worktop arriving which led to a few frustrating customer service experiences and several different reschedule dates (one day the load team had put the wrong item on the lorry). The waste removal service from Clearabee was dreadful. Two days we sat in all day waiting for them with an ever changing collection time and day - it must have changed about 12 times in 2.5 days. The quality of removal wasn’t the best - glad I was in otherwise the ‘professional’ removal team would have ruined our wallpaper as I saw how they were removing things from our living room. They also threw items down from our front door down the 12 steps to street level to save having to carry it down (I know these aren’t Wren employees but Wren should be aware of this standard of service).
I have to praise Anna from Customer Services as she genuinely cared, chased items up for us and called back many times to check on progress of outstanding items - without her help we could still be awaiting a worktop and for the waste to be removed, so a big thanks to her.
The 3 star is based on the frustrations of delivery and reschedules and does not reflect the high quality standard of our new kitchen, our excellent installer and the service from Anna

So hard to get good customer service from big companies but Amanda was great. Understood my issue and gave me a solution that worked.

Although waited on the phone to speak to someone for over half hour, the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. This is what customer service should be like.
