Les chambres sont disponibles deux heures après votre arrivée soit 18h et non 16H, la chambre ne correspond pas à celle réservée (chambre avec vue ville et balcon et non fenêtres sur jardin), l’ hôtel vous donne une petite chambre, le manager "Roger" nous as dit qu'il allait faire une modification de chambre le lendemain et de lui envoyer un mail pour gérer plus rapidement la situation. Le lendemain rien et encore mieux il nous a fuis les deux jours restant. Personne ne fait les chambres le matin, pas de gel douche après trois jours dans la même chambre. Pas de serviettes de toilettes de rechange, un simple tapis de bain pour vous essuyer et il faut attendre deux heures soit 22H pour avoir des serviettes. Le matin du départ un des responsables nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de chambre avec balcon vue ville dans leur établissement, j'ai des photos que j'ai pris, je lui montre et là me dit c'est pas a moi de gérer ça. Bref ne PAS RESERVER CHEZ EUX. ATTENTION AMIS FRANÇAIS. Et pour finir le matin du départ à 9h30 la femme de ménage toc à la porte pour nous apporter des serviettes propres que nous refusons comme nous partons en lui expliquant elle est surprise et nous demande notre numéro de chambre bref le même que sur le mur !!!!!!
