Do not trust as they are not reliable. Bought 4 tickets to Everton v Manchester Utd 22nd of Feb.. my order was cancelled with no explaination less than 14hrs before kick off. no tickets provided and didn't give us any justification or help sourcing new ones. Would never use again as this was completely unacceptable and terrible experience as bought for 3 friends. I would be reporting to authorities only they refunded the money.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. UK NUMBER DOES NOT WORK, ONLINE CHAT IS ONLY FOR SALES!

THEY LET ME DOWN 2HRS BEFORE KICK OFF KNOWING I HAD A 13 HOUR ROUND TRIP (AS I EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES BEFORE SETTING OFF).

Positive experience with this company, from start to finish. great customer service from John, tickets by email arrived on time and the seats for the football match were excellent. thank you, I shall use Wow again and highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I bought tickets 5 weeks in advance of the fixture, bought flight tickets, hotel and was told 14 hours before kick off that they cannot confirm my order and will refund me.

If you are looking for match tickets, go elsewhere and even spend some extra money so you don’t get let down last minute like I did.

Everyone who works here is inept at their job.

Great tickets and customer support. My only issue was the delivery of tickets through links via WhatsApp just prior to kick off. It wasn't a pleasant experience to be honest. I had to try get data connectivity to download the ticket and I just could not get reception. I literally had to walk away from the stadium and thank god I managed to download in time. 5mins before kick off with my son. I would recommend tickets being shared and downloaded well in advance.

I bought two tickets for a Premier League game. Tickets arrived on the morning of the match but communication was excellent. The company stayed in touch right up to the point we were in our seats to ensure there were no issues. Will definitely use wowtickets again.

Giving a 5 star, my experience amazing brought Liverpool v wolves tickets 2 together for me and my partner. Was expensive but we got the tickets in the kop end and had the best view.
Only downfall I will say is I booked about 2 months ago but we didn’t actually receive any tickets until 2 hours before kick off, obviously this was stressful as I thought we had been ripped of. But once we did receive them through WhatsApp all was amazing.
Would definitely use again thank you for a great experience.

I purchased two tickets for the Tottenham vs. Manchester United match on 16/02/2025. I specifically paid for the 'Short Side Lower Tier' category, but I was sent tickets for Block 249, which is in the Upper Tier. The customer service has been very poor; I had to email them three times just to find out where my tickets were. I am very disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for. I won't be buying from this site again."

Great communication, had me sweating on the tickets as arrived same day as the game but was always confident due to the great communication.

Perfect delivered tickets on time and made sure we made it into the stadium with no complications. Very helpful

I am so sorry but never ever bother using this site.
I don't see how I will pay for a ticket and not get it issued even up until the day of the match but no ticket?
Please avoid them.

Bought tickets for the Liverpool v Lille game, didn’t get tickets til day of game which is normal and communication was excellent in explaining this and giving instructions. No problems at all, will definitely use again.

I didn't know if to trust this site but I'm so glad I did. I had great tickets to the Liverpool v Man united, 5 seat from the front at the kop end just behind the goal. Tickets are over priced but a bit cheaper than other sites. Was a bit worried as a day before hadn't heard from them, I messaged and they got back to me very quickly and gave me my instructions for the tickets.

Purchased 2x tickets for man city v west ham matched. Had an email couple of days b4 the match to advise i would receive the tickets the day before. No tickets arrived so i emailed them late pm and woke up to a reply the following morning which was match day. Email advised i would receive tickets b4 1030 am.

11 am arrived still no tickets, i had emailed them twice but no reply. We came to the stadium 3 hours early and purchased 2x more tickets from the club directly costing me additional £85.

1215 still no email from them so i emailed and advised i wanted a full refund otherwise i would contact my credit card company and report as scam purchase. With in 10 mins WOW contacted me by email and whatsapp Apologised and said they would upgrade tickets to hospitality. I agreed to this and they said 10 mins for tickets and then anothet 10 mins for tickets. 1 hour after they got in touch we received the tickets (90 mins b4 kick off)

They did keep their word and upgraded us to a hospitality suite which was appreciated, but still additional 85 gbp down for the day with 2x wasted tickets bought. The upgrade was a nice Apologie but i would have rathet had peice of mind that i had my orginal tickets i paid for.

If it wasnt for the upgrade it would have been 1 star. Not the best experience booking with them and doubt i will use their service again. If anyone does book make sure its on credit card and not debit card so u can claim money back if u dont get the tickets.

Awful experience. Terrible customer service, unreliable and SCAMMERS. Paid £300 for 2 Chelsea tickets at home to Villa. When my tickets didn’t arrive the day before the game as I was promised they would be, nobody would give me an answer as to why they were delayed. I received an email around midnight telling me that due to an unexpected problem they weren’t able to give me the tickets I paid for.. they gave me the option of getting some different ones, which were not in the area I paid for, or get 2 good tickets but not sat together. The other option was for a refund.. bearing in mind that at this point we had already paid for trains and organised out day. I didn’t want to disappoint my partner as it was a gift for him, so I chose for the alternative tickets that weren’t in the area we wanted. I was advised they could be sent to me within 10 minutes. When I responded I had nothing for hours. Every time I tried to contact customer support on live chat they just kept telling me to email them. I had done this multiple times but no response. I then received the tickets a few hours before the game, when we were already well on our way to London..
When we got into the ground, only one of the tickets worked. They had 2 foreign names on (not ours as I was told they would be) and when we scanned the QR codes on the tickets, only one would let someone in. The second ticket said ‘no ticket’ when scanned. Clearly this was a fake second ticket which is infuriating given the amount of stress I had already been caused by the awful customer service and process of actually getting hold of the tickets.. £300…. For face value tickets of £68 and to only actually get one that worked. This company is a joke.

It’s second time I used wowtickets and also this time everything was perfect. Ticket received a day before the match and three seats close together.
