attention ce site est une arnaque. prélèvement frauduleux de 36 euros régulièrement tous les 10 jours. que faire pour obtenir le remboursement par ce site a priori étranger

J'ai participé à un jeu pour gagner un robot, j'ai payé 2 euros pour cette participation et depuis tous les 10 jours ce site wowemup me prélève 36 euros tous les 10 jours. Grosse arnaque

I ordered 78$ worth of clothing from CHICNIA, I paid an extra 19.95$ for fast delivery. I ordered this on 07 Feb 2020, still nothing has arrived. When I try to go onto the website, it has changed to WOWMSTAR. No refund, No contact back, No clothes. COMPLETE SCAM, save your money

I ordered a phone which never arrived

Nothing arrived but they still managed to falsify having sent it through a Chinese courier so PayPal would not refund me.

Impossible to contact after first response saying they would do something about it.

Por favor no pierdan su dinero con estos pillos, realice un pedido el 24 de octubre y no han sido sino excusas, pero sigo sin recibir el teléfono. el pago es por Pay pal pero ellos no hacen nada al respecto.

ESTAFA!! Hoy es 6 de Mayo y les hice el pedido del smartphone el día 1 de Noviembre, todavía estoy esperando. Dicen lo que a todos... "que ha sido un error", "en breve lo recibirá", etc. El caso es que al principio contestaban a los correos pero ya por último no decían nada, ni si quiera cuando les dije que les puse una denuncia ante Consumo. Nada, que con 20€ de uno y 40€ de otro, les hemos pagado el chiringuito a estos carotas.
CUIDADO!! Cuando vas a ir a wowm.com te dicen que la página no funciona por "problemas técnicos" y te reenvían a SHOPFY, una plataforma para crear tiendas on line de pago. Usan el gancho de que tienes 14 días de prueba gratuita, pero son "buena gente" y de entrada no te piden la tarjeta de crédito. Visto lo visto yo no me fiaría...

They sent me cheap, useless. plastic earphones, that didn't work, in a plastic bag, in place of 2 mobile phones. 8 months trying to get PayPal to sort it out. Just a plain as day, absolute scam. Internet fraud at it's finest. Maybe 6/10 people follow through on their complains and maybe 3/10 are successful in receiving a refund. The rest goes into this company's pockets as illegally obtained moneys. Imagine how much money they've scammed from people around the world. Shocking that Paypal continues to alow them to use their services

Update: received refund from PayPal! I encourage everyone to open a ticket with PayPal and get your money back from these theifs!

Me han estafado. Pedí los teléfonos y me enviaron cascos, por cierto, malísimos. Les escribí, me dijeron que era un error y que me los quedara por las molestias y que en breve me los enviarían. Y de esto hace ya 3 meses. Hoy les he vuelto a escribir un correo, pero al igual que la última vez, no creo que me contesten.

Mais uma empresa fake vigarista com anúncio patrocínado no Facebook.
Em novembro 2018 arrisquei USD40,00 em um smartphone 4G waterproof 6gb + 128gb.
Indiquei a um amigo que comprou 2 unidades.
Nunca foi entregue e agora o site já está off line.
Se alguém souber onde reclamar, fora Interpol via polícia federal (pois é mais inacessível que o próprio site vigarista), favor indicar.

Non comprate assolutamente da questi truffatori. Ho acquistato 1 smartphone e mi hanno mandato un auricolare di pochi euro. TRUFFATORI.

I paid for my order and never got it .and can't get in touch with costumer service. I have emailed them lots of times and no reply .So don't buy anything of them .they will take your money but you won't get Ur order.they rip u off. Scammers.

Такие компании по продажам ,вместе с их поддержкой , надо надолго изолировать от всего мира в тюрьмах , чтоб они лет 25 не появлялись на рынке. Тогда и другим не будет повадно этим заниматься. А так если их не наказывать , то и другие последователи будут у них.

Fiz uma encomenda em Dezembro 2018. Paguei 49,98€. Não enviaram a encomenda e não dão qualquer justificação.
Se pesquisarmos o site, já não aparece on-line.
Alguém sabe que entidades posso contactar para agir contra esta "empresa"?
