We are sorry to hear this, David, we try for full transparency. Our online Icons and associated coverage information are meant to clearly indicate what our coverage is. We also have additional information in the FAQs and a Policy Booklet sample (terms and conditions) available online (for all without a purchase required) for download and review. A phone system failure is typically covered via the manufacturer or provider warranty. Our coverage is meant to cover what most warranties do not, Accidental Damage, Theft, and Standard Perils.

Stay away they'll pull some crap and say since your policy is new you have to meet there 30day window AND fix the damage out of your own pocket before you can file a new claim !!!

Shane, we are sorry to hear this. We are not sure how this was miscommunicated as it states online, and the online disclosure also states this (required to be acknowledged prior to purchase or being charged) and our terms and conditions state as well, there is a 30-day wait for accidental damage coverage. This applies to all new individual policies.

Pricing and deductible costs are really nice. So much so that i cancelled my Allstate plan.

You are correct that you cannot "stop" a charge after purchasing, however, you can cancel your coverage at any time for a refund based on the policy terms and conditions. While cancels do need to be in writing, we can consider electronic online Contact Us Forms (logged in or not) or an email to customer service from the registered email addressed as written. If you have not already done so, please submit that request to we can get it processed for you.

Awful. I was not made aware of the deductible before I completed my payment. It is more than half the value of the policy. I tried to find away to cancel my account on the dashboard. No option was there. This is illegal where i live in NYC

Bruce, your deductible is $75.00, which you should also see on your Declaration Page (1st page of your policy documents emailed to you at the time of purchase), the same deducible amount presented online at the time of purchase, and that should be visible on your Full Policy Details page online as well. If you can contact us by email at the customerservice@worthavegroup.com email address where you are seeing a different deductible amount, we can review this. Cancels online, logged in or not logged in, can be done through the online Contact Us form, or via your registered email, which all can be considered a "written" request as required by the Policy Terms and Conditions.
