Worldticketshop Arvostelua 

I purchased tickets for a Coldplay gig in June 2012 back in December 2011. The tickets never turned up and I spent the next 5 months calling and emailing world ticket shop to get my money back. 11 months after the money left my account and countless correspondence later, I finally got my money back.

The whole ordeal was horrible and I will never use them again.

I bought 2 tickets for Darren Hayes 02 Birmingham in august for 18/10/11.I did not recieve the tickets or any responce to my emails the only responce was for payment in august.I paid £141.80 in total and recieved nothing i will report them to trading standards if i dont get a responce from them in the next few days. I am now running out of patience.

I recently attended the Bursaspor -Manchester United match. The tickets I was given by their so-called "seller" outside the stadium were not the tickets I had applied for. As I and my friends are Manchester United fans, I decided to pay over the odds for tickets for the away section so that we could support our team without fear. The tickets, given to me by a Mancunian called David, were for the "Maraton" section of the stadium, not the away section. So we were with the Bursaspor fans and had to keep very quiet during the match. Even then we were given many hostile looks.
As I live here in Bursa, I could have bought these tickets at face value (100 Turkish lira or just over 50 Euros each) at the stadium, instead of paying them 170 Euros for each ticket.
Now I'm trying to contact them by phone, but can't get through. They seem to have blocked all calls from my number!

totally disguted with this company no tickets no refund total scam!! please do not use this company,report to trading standards, i paid 162.00 for michael buble tickets which i never recieved, 1 day before the concert i recieved an email saying that they had no record of my booking, I am fuming, TOTAL SCAM , but I am going to trading standars as informed by the police, litle tip contact your fraud depo at bank if you have paid through them as they are aware of these scumbags and the more people that register the complaint the easier it is for these people to do their jobs, and get rid of low life con artists like these ...

....and in the end, I got better seats.
It is my firm belief that both worldticketshop and I have learned form our short history together. This might improve the rating, but because of all the resources I had to use I cannot make an groundbraking change in my rating. But the last part of our history shows that worldticketshop is working on improving their costumer handling. And that is very positive.

I used Worldticketshop to purchase tickets to Fenerbahce-Galatasaray football match in Istanbul. They were unreliable and misleading and I will never use them again. When speaking to them 1-2 days ahead of the game (when tickets were due to be delivered to my hotel) they assured me that the local agent had my tickets in possession and was in the process of delivering to hotels by hand. Shortly before the game I was informed by email that they couldn't get tickets at all. In addition the company did not process the promised refund and I had to pursue via my credit card company. High prices, failed to produce tickets, very poor service - not recommended!

I have purchased U2 tickets for wembley. Paid 320 EUR for each ( total 3 ) and paid 40 eur extra for Fedex delivery. At the end, they were unable to deliver the tickets and i was obliged to pick them up in front of a hotel from a courier after 10 phone calls and 1.5 hrs waiting. But that was not all. When i got the tickets, i found ot that i paid 320 EUR for tickets worth 50 pounds. And, as they delivered them 1.5 hrs after the doors were opened, i was unable to get a good spot at all. So fantastic night with U2 was a nightmare for me because of worldticketshop. Now, they are even refusing to refund the fedex charge because they had clauses in their so called 'terms and conditions' saying that they don't have to ... That's all i can say, STAY AWAY FROM WORLDTICKETSHOP ...
