We had a wonderful conversation with Pauline at Stansted Airport, who introduced us to some amazing whiskies. The selection is impressive and it's great to enjoy human to human connection with a knowledgeable expert.

This is a great company to buy whisky from. But not so when it comes to sell.
Despite being contracted to repurchase a cask, they haven’t. Instead, Robin and Matt have given me so many excuses that they would fill a book. I have now had to engage the services of a solicitor.

Johnathon are contact was very patient and understood are concerns about making an informed assessment of the cask investment industry and helped us every step of the way, never pushing,never pressuring just helping and providing us with all the required legal documentation.All our calls where returned in an efficient and speedy fashion. Would recommend WoW for a long term investment into the cask industry.

Investing with World of Whiskey is an interesting venture.
My consultant Jonathan has been very informative and has sourced some really sought after casks, with himself and his team putting together some lucrative deals for me. I'm excited to see where this is going. I've been well looked after and this has only just begun.

After some initial concerns I spoke with Robin who fully put my mind at ease, I have been a whisky collector for many years and had never taken the plunge into cask investment, I am now happy that I am now an investor and more than happy that I invested with Robin.
Straight forward talk and straight forward approach to investing nothing was hidden.
I was also afforded the opportunity to meet other investors on a day out arranged by World of Whisky which was a great experience.

So far so good, really nice team at WoW, we have had pleasure in meeting nearly all the team, which is great face to face, I'm not a whisky drinker so they have been really patient and I'm learning, I was scared as youngster with cheap whisky/whiskey, have attended the tasting evenings was nervous but so many people from different backgrounds did not feel ot of place or out of depth, looking forward to 2025 and beyond. As my first foray into cask ownership I have to say Robin, James and the team at World of Whisky' made the whole thing extremely straightforward. They were helpful and supportive throughout the transaction, explaining the process and potential long-term profits, as well as the possible pitfalls of selling short-term. They even organised a day trip where I got the opportunity to 'visit' my casks in storage.
If you are considering whisky as an investment I would whoeheatredly recommend World of Whisky.

HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT WOW FOR LAST MONTH AS THEY MOVED MY CASK WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND CHARGING ME FOR THE PRIVELEDGE. ROBIN HAS LEFT WHO I HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH BUT SPOKE TO JAMES TWICE, NOW HE DOESNT ANSWER HIS PHONE. I HAVE HEARD VIA TRADE CONTACT THAT THEY SELL CASKS AT VASTLY INFLATED PRICES THAT MEAN YOU WILL NOT SEE A RETURN FOR 5 YEARS.
I COULD GO ON BUT WONT EXCEPT TO SAY DO NOT BUY FROM WOW .

I decided I wanted to invest in my sons future, I st tried stocks but had a bad experience and then thought about gold, I then saw an advert about whisky casks and got in touch with world of whisky, soon afterwards I was called back by 1 of their colleagues called Brett who was extremely helpful and informative and gave me a great insight into the world of whisky and how it works so I decided 2 invest in a cask, and I'm so happy that I did, I'm looking for a long time investment so that it can mature fully and hopefully provide my son with financial security in his future, I highly recommend the World Of Whisky an in particular Brett as his customer service was impeccable and made me feel very comfortable with my decision 2 invest

Richard combines being attentive and informative without being overly aggressive in trying to push things too much which is a good way to work in my opinion.

James advised me patiently for about two years before I initially invested.
He has been knowledgeable, genuine, and given me so much information without pressure. He has a real personal touch where I can see he is a genuine guy who loves what he does.
