Headline: AVOID SIP Industrial & World of Power – Incompetence Followed by Gaslighting
​The Initial Failure: My order (ID: MAGENTO4000053918) was delayed by over a week because the company couldn't even manage to provide the courier with my correct address.
​The Shortage: When the package finally arrived, I found a major shortage. I ordered a 5-pack of SIP 0.6mm Torch Tips, but only one (1) single tip was in the box.
​The "Gaslighting" Service: When I contacted customer service, Nachi Patil suggested that the missing items might have simply "slid out" of an opening in the bag.
​The Reality: There is no opening in the bag. The items were never packed. Suggesting otherwise is a transparent attempt to stall a legitimate shortage claim and delay my professional work.
​The Status: I have rejected their "stalling" tactics and demanded an immediate refund. If you value your time and professional deadlines, look elsewhere for your welding supplies.

Had a problem with SIP Heater purchased in October and Nikki has went above and beyond to solve the problem, she is an asset to the business, The business themselves has also been very good to deal with and I would 100% buy from them again.

Ordered an item and somehow PayPal (or I) messed up and paid twice. I called customer service as soon as they open and they straight away refunded so I could reorder and use PayPal pay in 3.
The item I ordered arrived 24 hours later.
It's a present for someone so can't comment on the item yet but the service was outstanding.

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY.!!!
Bought off them, email them to say “don’t send the invoice with the goods as this is for resale”, so what do they do? They go and ring my customer on the phone to discuss the delivery etc! WTF!!!!

Quick, efficient, high quality. Big Makita electric lawnmower ordered and received in as new condition despite almost £ 500 off. No problems with warranty the Makita end. All hunky dory. Many thanks. And ordered another one.

Bought Stihl HS87R. First use on a hot day engine died after 30 mins, then after an hour. Died again on a hot day a week later. Company refused to refund saying they want to test it. It will run fine for hours in a workshop. Then I will have to pay the £45 courier fee as it only fails in the real world. So I'm stuck with a shoddily built machine after paying £630.

Needed advice on which Makita brushcutter blade I should choose and for what task. They were so helpful and got straight back to us. Fab. Definitely the 'Go to' site.

Ordered a petrol chainsaw (stihl ms162) when it arrived it was broken, spoke to customer service and replacement was sent out next day and arrangement in place to pick up broken one, new one turned up working perfectly, all in all very good service and spot on resolution when problem encountered

The online store claims that the spare part for the SIP compressor is in stock and would be delivered within 3 days. However, it has now been 16 days since the order was placed. When I inquired about the delay 10 days ago, they responded that the item would arrive by the end of that week—but it still hasn’t arrived.

Additionally, the website claims to be an authorised seller of SIP compressors and even uses the similar name to official SIP UK name as a channel for online sales. I contacted SIP directly, and they did not confirm any affiliation or authorisation of this seller.

Received the part on time and found it exactly as it was described.

Took over 3 weeks to receive a Makita chain no communication whatsoever from start to finish had to chase by phone and still could not get a date for delivery. Pricing is not even that competitive web site looks good but don't be fooled.
