Great experience..hidden camera avoided due to Waze...hour saved versus Google maps avoided 5 mile queue..thanks ;0)

Application sur lequel vous demandez un trajet sans autoroute qui vous envoie sur l'autoroute et vous fait culpabiliser avec la vignette critère le gouvernement aurait mis la main sur waze? Pour ma part je reprends la carte routière

Comment Waze qui était au Top pendant des années a pu devenir aussi mauvaise ? Perso je n'utilise plus car fatiguée de me perdre, d'arriver dans des bouchons non signalés (la radio est plus fiable), les itinéraires choisis non conservés, et j'en passe. Application devenue tout sauf fiable. Maps ou Michelin font mieux

Their "customer service" team are so rude. This is the response I got from them when I had a question about a route it suggested:

"LOL. Big crybaby can't read directions.
Read it and weep, here is the trace"

I will not be using this app anymore purely due to that encounter, I cannot believe a company would speak to someone like that??

This application do not work properly ,on more than one occasion it has taken me through a Clean Air Zone which is cost me £9 each time when it’s supposed to take you around the Clean Air Zone. It’s hit or miss sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t which is no good

I have been sat in a traffic jam on the M62 for 2 hours at the moment because the motorway is closed which the app new about over an 2 hours before I got stuck in the jam, telling me this was the quickest way. I could have driven up the M1 and gone through Leeds and taken the back roads quicker

Bonjour Waze. Quand est ce que vous serez présent en Italie ? En voyage dans ce pays, pour un trajet (sans autoroute annoncé en 5h30, en respectant les limitations de vitesse ça été 7h sans bouchon, bien galère quand vous avez un cheik-in avec une heure limite à respecter et qu’on est à 2 doigts de vous refuser). Je ne suivais même plus les limites que vous indiquiez tellement en décalage avec la réalité (90 pour 50 etc).
A dispo si besoin pour échanger sur le trajet.

GARBAGE. ASKS TO MANY IRRELLIVENT PERSONAL QUESTIONS. AND WONT SHOW YOU A ROUTE INDOORS, SO YOU HAVE TO GO SIT IN CAR OR DRIVE TO GET THIS CRAP TO WORK. AVOID IT LIKE COVID

What went wrong?
I used the original waze version in the USA, Australia and Europe and it was great, totally reliable and then an update, for the sake of an update, why? Have you gone MAD? Now it's rubbish! I strongly recommend if you are touring dump Waze go with Google, Garmin, Tom Tom or paper maps at least they will get you where you want to be.

Absolute garbage. I’ve lost count the number of times It take me to a closed road or a bridge that wasn’t finished and don’t try to use it on foot. You have better luck with Stevie Wonder giving you directions than this piece of garbage. It RARELY takes you on a direct or easiest route.

Terrible directions! Kept sending me through subdivisions full of stop signs and low speed limits.
Still can't figure out why I get voice directions some times and others it is silent no matter what I do.
I guess I will stick with my 20 year old Garmin.

Pourquoi systématiquement nous proposer autoroute avec péage et grosse consommation de CO2?. Vous êtes partenaires de Vinci et Total ou quoi? Et ce n'est pas pour gagner du temps... Alors????comme tout, une bonne application qui se dégrade avec le temps et les rachats...

This app just appears to get worse and worse. Today I tried to plan a simple route from A to B - it was like the Krypton Factor. They couldn't possibly have tested this with ordinary users. Some designer has experimented to come up with something original, unique and geeky. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.

Donne un itinéraire vous ralongeant de plus de 50kms, de plus les automobilistes signalent des voitures arrêtées qui ne le sont, des radars alors qu'ils n'y en a pas ! Beaucoup de fausses informations ℹ️. Dommage car auparavant ce n'était pas ainsi !

If there was a -5 starts I would rate this like many other companies that pushes “pride” down the peoples throats, making normal people angry and not using their services anymore, i’m going to start making my own flag for normality and start a propaganda to, oh and give Waze a 🖕🏻for shovelling abnormality in peoples faces

J'utilisais depuis des années Waze,mais après un Brest Nice,c'est fini!
De petits chemins a rallonges,donne les infos avec un temps de retard,des parcours plus longs, nombreuses erreures,j'ai fini dans la cour d'une ferme a 2h du matin 🤔😂.Maps ou Michelin est plus fiable.

Un logiciel incompétent pour voyager seulement bon pour les radars ne connaît aucune routes aucune synthèse de la route pour des distances de plus de 10 km et encore des fois c est trop en ville un masacre ,logiciel adapté pour le parano moyen qui sort pas de chez lui et qui prend que les autoroutes car il ne veut rien découvrir dans la vie dans tous les cas ni l histoire ni la géographie

Depuis que les auteurs de l’application, l'on vendue à Google, trop d'erreur et surtout pas de support dans la langue des clients.
Le "support" est trop bureaucratique pas assez ouvert d'esprit...
