World Waze Arvostelua 320

I used Waze and it directed me into a cycle only street costing me a fine. It only warms of traffic and pot holes. There a lot of places that are cycle only are are hidden and look like normal streets for cars.

We have used Waze for several years and it was great. Lately it's started diverting us down every side road then back to our usual route. In the past we have reported an issue; it is taking us in the wrong direction from our gate then back past our home. After logging stuff over and over, we still have the issue!!
We've gone back to Google Maps.

En Crête, minuscule ruelle à double sens, à proximité de la voie rapide qui mène à Cnossos...
Enfin, ne soyez pas piéton, vous ferez le double de l'itinéraire normal.
Application rarement utile

For the second week running, Waze has driven me into an accident and motorway closure. Absolutely shocking.

I will be deleting the app and using Google maps / satnavs going forward if I ever start moving again

The most awful customer service. Absolutely useless. I logged an issue due to Waze directing me on a restricted road, I incurred an £80 for it. Didn’t know the area, relied on Waze to get me home. All I asked is that they update their map route so other drivers don’t follow the same route and get PCN like I did! Issue with the app, only showed Canada and we are in the UK. Customer service don’t want to hear it, giving generic crappy replies. So beware people, use at your own risk, I’ve deleted the app because I’m not trusting Waze to update routes that they are now aware are restricted, they couldn’t get two damns about drivers paying heavy fines so it’s a goodbye from me.

En deux jours d’utilisation, Waze m’a rendu fou : hier impossible de planifier un trajet sans péage, l'apllication me disait qu'il n'y avait aucun itinéraire sans péage, alors que Google Maps le faisait sans problème. Aujourd’hui, ça a été la catastrophe : plus de 20 fois, toutes les 5 minutes, Waze m’a envoyé une alerte pour changer d’itinéraire vers une route à péage, me faisant perdre en confort de conduite et me proposant de payer 20 € de plus pour seulement 20 minutes de gagnées. Résultat : notifications incessantes, conduite perturbée, hyper dangereux et franchement inutile.

Franchement, entre l’impossibilité de forcer un itinéraire sans péage, parfois, sans raison, et les alertes intrusives en boucle, Waze est devenu inutilisable.

C'est à se demander si ils n'ont pas.un accord avec les sociétés d'autoroutes pour nous faire casquer un max.

Good map does the job most taxi drivers using it so far so good. And it was free using it for years. Google map also good too

Is waze set by local country regulation to make you waste your time and money ,??
Today's test just proved it.
I know the road to go to my favourite restaurant per heart, not my partner, and he always be stuck in a big traffic jam, as he used waze. I don't use waze and take another road.
I input the destination into waze, and of course, it suggested the same road as my partner usually takes.
This day, we took 2 cars. I took my road despite waze advices to take another road. I really wanted to see if rhere was traffic or accident on my usual road.
My partner followed waze itinerary.
It took me 22 minutes to go the restaurant, my partner using waze made it in 34 minutes stucked in traffic jam.
Waze of course suggested him to go through the city center, where it is always jamed.
Result following Waze.
Waste of time, money, gas.. and more pollution in city center.
BAD APP.

Worst map software I have ever used. I figured I would give it a try. Big Mistake. My first destination it missed by three city blocks. My second destination I gave up on after it had me making u turns every quarter mile. I deleted it from my phone as I returned home.

Longtemps j'ai apprécié cette application mais depuis quelques temps les embouteillages sont très mal estimés et surtout le nombre d'itinéraires est souvent très limité à 1 ! En plus quand on a réussi, après avoir insisté à trouver d'autres itinéraires l'appli switch sans avertissement sur son choix unique: du coup vous payer plus cher et vous prenez des itinéraires plus embouteillés.

Hier l'autoroute A7 a été coupée (accident camion qui a traversé le terre plein central), 107.7 l'annoncait mais waze indiquait un bouchon de 17mn et conseillait de rester sur l'A7 nous sommes restés coincés 2h30. Toutes les 20mn je relançais waze pour connaître l'évolution du bouchon, il m'indiquait à chaque fois 17mn, je pense qu'il y a vraiment un problème sur l'application, cela arrive très souvent maintenant .....

Sur le trajet des vacances nous fait passer en centre ville de Nantes en plein travaux. Nous perdons 1h. Aucun embouteillage signalé. Itinéraire à éviter absolument. Fait tourner à droite dans une rue barrée à 200m… un coup de chaud Waze …

There is no way to turn it off so the battery doesn't keep running down. None of the suggestions on various websites work because the symbols needed to do it don't show up on the screen.

Got a ticket because of the app.

Useless won’t be using again

Would give Waze a zero if I had the option. Used to trust and use Waze frequently. Now, every time we use Waze they send us in some backwoods off road long detour even when we can almost see the road we need to be turning on to get to our destination.

Absolutely furious.
There has been a pile up on the M6 going south - absolutely horrendous for everyone involved. We were lucky enough to be diverted off at Carnforth - we were on the beautiful but busy A6040….. at one point all the other cars turned left and we were taken right by Waze - then taken onto the M6 south - - we assumed it must have been reopened , but no, we are still here - at a complete standstill with an extra hour and half added into an already delayed journey. The road is still closed and we have to leave it AGAIN. Waze - what the hell were you thinking of - taking more traffic onto a closed road????? How can we trust you in the future?

Not user friendly. Particularly annoying that they have made it as difficult as possible to come out of the app/turn off without still using data in it.

Worst navigation app doesn't even know where it's going absolutely shocking if your relying on it,thankfully we was just trying it out....couldn't even get us to our door and doesn't reroute
