World of bottles Arvostelua

Arrived quickly, safely and a great price, perfect

For me, the experience I’ve had with world of bottles was amazing, initially there was a few items missing, but when I contacted them, all missing were sent to me and fast delivery. 10/10 customer service
Thank you 🙏🏻

I have tried three orders, the first order did not arrive, the second order only 70% were unbroken and the third delivery has not arrived.

Communication is poor, they appear to take your money, dispatch the goods in poor packaging, and then refuse to respond adequately if at all to the issues that you get from DPD deliveries.

The delivery issues are caused by inadequate packaging. If i could give zero stars then I would.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WISH TO RECIEVE BROKEN GOODS AND THEN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REFUND.

Dealt with return and replacement professionally and quickly

I was a bit nervous with some of the reviews but I ordered 50 WECK jars. Everything arrived in 4 days. No damage.

I have to say having seen reviews left from the UK I was a little nervous, however I can’t fault my experience. Ordered 18th Jan, arrived 26th Jan - very well packaged and had an email from DPD with tracking etc. I haven’t had any dealings with customer services so can’t comment on that side of things but 5* from my experience in fairness.

No nonsense bottles!

World of bottles have a great selection at wholesale prices. I've used them to stock my home with various bottles and jars, as well as to send whisky samples to my family abroad.

Everything was packaged, no breakages or other issues.

Placed an order on the Friday, there was no confirmation email and the transaction was sat pending the next day. Contacted them Monday as I assumed there would be no reply over the weekend. There was never any reply or email from them or invoice or anything. Order arrived the following Friday, bottles are excellent, well packaged and no damage even though the outer box looked like the courier had dropped or banged it. So very happy but dropped a star for exactly 0 communication.

I was so concerned about the reviews on Trustpilot that I nearly cancelled my order. I wrote to the company to express my concerns and to ask about shipping and packaging, but I didn't hear back. Their prices were good and I couldn't find reasonably priced Weck jars elsewhere in the UK, so I went ahead with my order expecting the worst.

I am pleasantly surprised to report that my jars arrived on time, well-packed, and very well-priced. I never did hear from the company so I assume their customer service is terrible, but luckily I didn't need to interact with them in that way.

It's a risk to order with this company, but in my case it definitely worked out well. I would say 1* for service and support, but 5* for price, packaging and product. The latter matters more to me, so I'm giving them 4*.

Great company to deal with, very very large selection of bottles. Bottles came very well packaged and in great condition. Delivery was about 5 working days, so quite quick considering they shipped from Germany to UK. Very happy will be using again in the future. Pleasure to do business with!

I am really pleased with this company, although the bottles came from Germany they arrived within 6 days, they are also lovely quality. I will definitely buy more from them in the future.

I have now placed 2 orders with World of Bottles in the last couple of months. Both orders were dispatched and received very quickly via DPD with no issues. It is so easy to order online and you can amend as you go along to maximise your delivery cost/weight allocation. Their email communication is excellent, the products are good quality and very competitively priced. No hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends.

Jeg bestilte søndag aften 10 små flasker.
onsdag har jeg modtaget dem pakket rigtig godt ind..
vil helt klart handle der igen :)
