Have one to one discussion with the customers after a customer has posted a job. Time taken to do the job will be documented by us, chosen by the the worker and agreed by the client. However, customers can choose to pay the workers per hour, in milestone payments or all together at once in a lump sum after the completion of the job. Funds will be held securely by Workanzer Ltd and made available to the worker upon their request to cash out or on weekly basis, after the completion of the job. We will be working with one of the longest running Cyber Security companies in the country in order to secure clients and workers data along with banking transactions.
